OT I didnt say he did or didnt. From what has been known it ws part of Xanders responsibilities. However he didnt pull the trigger on trades without the ok from Elway and Fox. They made it very clear on that. All decisions during the draft (Trades and who they picked) were made by the three of them.

What we got in return form those in-draft trades was below what the charts were saying, and Doug Martin was there for the first one, so it wasn’t like there weren’t any good players on the board. These decisions are made within minutes, and you also have to keep track of the board, etc. I have a hard time believing that the then GM didn’t negotiate those terms.

Strand Doom does love Denver. He is open to the idea but will resistant to it at the same time. Just leveraging from him to get what he wants. His agent will be contacting other teams when he is allowed to (Saturday 12 am ET to Tuesday 3:59 pm ET) to gauge what Dooms value would be if he were to be cut.

They have to restructure Dooms contract, those are crazy numbers, 12 million. Aint gonna happen. Doom will work with the Broncos and restructure. Doom loves it here and sees this team as favorites to go the distance and play in the SB.
