Why is Steve Smith let off the hook? Drives me nuts.
The Ginger Hammer is out of control with his fines. I get trying to keep it clean but this is absurd.
Steve Smith’s hit on Von was more brutal than any Von had on Cam.
It was also Steve Smiths only play of the game
Ok, he also had one catch for 19 yards.
TEs continue to be our achilles heel. However, I see Trevathan getting more and more playing time and he is being asked to cover TEs man-to-man. He is picking it up quickly and doing a great job.
After the hurting Rivers has been getting lately, I won’t be shocked if SD trys to max protect with 2 TEs more often then they run routes. With the way Carter, Harris, Champ, Moore and Adams are playing, they could cover all day if they had too. Max protect or not, Rivers has no place to go and will get sacked.
