So Dumerville gets hurt (get well soon) and Ayers plays his best game to date. I think this, as well as many other things, speaks to the coaching staff of this team.
I must say, THANK YOU JOHN ELWAY!!!
I know some don’t think to highly of Fox as a coach but I do. I know some don’t always like having a “players coach” cause they think they are soft, I disagree. This team is suceeding and it doesn’t seem to matter who needs to step up, they do it. This is a sign of great coaching and great leadership. It doesn’t matter if we are talking about McCoy, JDR, Fox, Elway, Studesville, etc. This is an organization that got themselves a leader like Elway and he started putting the pieces together from the ground up.
Well done John. Thank you!
As if being John Elway the player wasn’t enough, NFL prepare yourselves for John Elway the Executive. The common themes are leadership and WINNING!

Ditto RH! Agree with everything! The Bronco organization is classy and the Bronco haters and dissers are pretty quiet as compared to earlier in the season. The whole team is really shaping up as an extremelely solid team in all respects and has a chance to finish highly this year and hopefully well beyond. Kudos to Owner Pat Bowlen, Mr. Elway and his Staff , Coach Fox and all his assistants, trainers and strength staff and all the Players. Finish the season STRONG!!!
