Orange_Crusher

Sorry, I didn't even catch that part at all. Towards the end I was skimming through to get everything in.

I'm not talking about not looking for some QB talent, but so far a large amount of people I've talked to or read talking to each other think we should get a QB in the first round so that we get the good QB talent early. I keep telling them it's way too risky to put your 1st round at risk on a QB when you've got much more you have to worry about on the team than just the QB.

but all in all, we do have 3 QB slots to fill and only 1 that we know of that can fill at least slot two in the long run (Kyle). We don't know about Brandstater whether he could be slot 1 or 3 or two, and that still leaves the other slot open (and simms isn't filling any of those.)

RB Coach Bobby Turner signed with the Washington Redskins. As most of you know by now, O-line Coach Rick Dennison has signed with the Houston Texans. Two areas of concern Coach McD addressed as the season progressed. Both Coaches spent quite a few years in the Broncos organization. Best wishes to both.
Looks like KC signed Romeo Crennel to run the Defense and Charlie Weiss to run the Offense. (former Pats staff members).

Did you guys hear the Booos raining down on the Pats last Sunday?

I think the culture of the NFL fans as a whole has been altered into the new age generation X Booo bird types.

The bottom line is that it is hard to win in the NFL. 8-8 is a record that half the leauge would be glad to have right now. Yeah, it's mediocre but at least it aint bottom feeder.

We actually have a lot to look forward to as Bronco fans. We have a good start on a newly rebuilt team and didn't have to go through the kind of aches and pains that the Rams, Bucs or Seahawks did.

The future is bright....better put on your orange raybans!

I can't wait to see Tebow in a Bronco uniform!!!

baylinorcrush, good point. You're so right too, when Elway was engineering last minute drives everyone was on the edge of their seats, well the ones that weren't standing anyway. The people that left early were probably kicking themselves, if not they should've been. I think you're right in that the fans aren't doing their part. I don't get to go to many games but we're suppose to be the 12th man. Who the heck drinks wine at a football game anyway? LOL!!! I wonder how many people left early from the Dallas and NE game?

Shame shame, the Barrelman would kick your @$$ for such antics.

brian , you forgot a couple ingredients that remained the same the last couple of years, the stadium and the fans. The wine sipping/booing fans who have invaded Invesco because the Mile High stadium magic is gone. Our fans used to carry our teams through the tough games, nowadays, they just head for the exits to beat the rush, after they're done with their booing ... Seriously, that can't be helpful to a team psyche, all those so called fans need to take a hard look in the mirror and realize they are not doing their part, just my opinion. Of course the team was probably dreadful all on it's own (i.e.: game at Washington), but as fans we can't control that, what we do control is how we behave for our home games (i.e.: Pittsburgh, SD, Oakland and KC), so let see some improvements from the stadium attending fans next year, I demand it! LOL.

I love all the enthusiasm here. We all have a great outlook on next season. Talkin' about the draft, FA, and all that good stuff. There is still one major thing that is troubling me...last season we had a late season meltdown, lost to divisional opponents at home, missed the playoffs, went 8-8. This season we had a late season meltdown, lost to divisional opponents at home, missed the playoffs, went 8-8. We have new players, new system, new coaches and we still have the same results. I'm still wondering what is it that causes this, is someone spiking the water with something in the Mile High City?
