Following the Matt Prater missed field goal, the Buccaneers made it an 8-point game on a 5-yard touchdown pass from Josh Freeman to Mike Williams.
Williams caught the two previous passes from Freeman to get the Bucs down the field, picking up chunks of 14 and 28 yards.
Tampa Bay attempted an onside kick following the touchdown that wide receiver Eric Decker recovered with 2:33 remaining. Denver took over at its 49-yard line with the Bucs out of timeouts.
