Hey Bronco Family just joined up and wanted to say hello ,I have been reading the posts for a few seasons and decided to toss in my two cents.First off im PROUD to be a bronco fan and very happy to see this team making some postive moves,as fans we owe it to our team to show our support .Im sick of going to games and being a minority in our house.I know it has been tuff to go to the games with the economy and what not but if you are a season ticket holder as I am you have a responsibility to sell your tickets to bronco fans when you cant make it.It’s “BRONCO COUNRTY” it is up to us as fans to keep it that way .My first two cents ,lets have a great year and come together as fans and make bronco counrty a place where other team dont want to come.

coach john fox is a run the ball good defense type of coach so if the broncos run game and defense dose good then the broncos will be a hard team for anyone to beat. we got one of the best passing games in the league we could get huge chunks of yards last season with no run game so just imagine if we have a run game how well the play action will work. and it will be nice to be able to win games without having to expect orton to throw the ball every down and score 30+ points. kyle orton is a good quarterback and he was not the reason we lost so many games last year it was because we couldnt run the ball (why we couldnt score in the red zone) and we couldnt stop anyone. if i recall orton didnt to bad last year with how much he was having to throw the ball and try and come back in games and having no defense and no run game and still having 20 touchdown passes and only 9 interceptions thats pretty good in my eyes.

I personally think we’ll do good against the AFC west teams this year because San Diego and Oakland are coming in with new Defensive coordinators. So they may not know the Orton blueprint to destruction (aggressive pass rush). They may go to 3 man fronts and allow orton to have his time in the pocket. Things will look good until the first team comes in and brings the heat on the BIG O.
MEMO to Xanders please wait until after the season to resign Orton. Don’t pull a McD and resign him after one good game against a lame team.

Where do you see our offense having the most success against faiders defense. Do we go after the corners more now that Asomugha is gone or do we trust that our running game is that much better than last year? Can we run effectively against them….

agree TRB.
Playing QB behind Broncos 3rd string line isonly marginally better than playing QB without a line at all….. That much was evident in the last game against the cardinals.

Actually I dissagree Carnage … put anyone behind our 3rd string line and they would get crushed .. especially stone leg orton. It doesn’t matter if u are going against the 2nds or 3rds if their 2nd or thirds are way better than your oline .. yes our back up oline is THAT bad. And u said Tebow Fumbles … correction … one fumble … can easily point out Ortons dumb interception to a lineman.

This is a futile discussion. Anyone can bring up situations to prove thier guy is better … all irrelevant because ORTON won the job. So it does not matter … please return to your regular scheduled programming … and best believe that If Orton is who I think he is … it will show sooner than later … like it did with Quinn … who many were ready to crown the comeback kid. And technically if the Depth Chart holds weight Carnage … He did in fact beat out quinn because he is number 2 on the depth chart. Just posting facts .. not fiction. TRB.

Listen, I respect your opinion, as I do all the others here on the blog, but you’re beating a dead horse bud. The starting QB is Orton and it’s his to lose. I’m not a huge Orton fan myself, but it is what it is and I’m ready to support and cheer for whatever team coach Fox puts on the field. At least give them the benefit of the doubt……they haven’t even started the season yet.
