September 12th, 2011 - 8:24pm by Max Henson

COIN TOSS: The Broncos won the coin toss and have elected to receive. After a stirring national anthem performed by the crowd here at Sports Authority Field at Mile High, we are ready for some football.

KICKOFF: Sebastian Janikowski’s kick goes through the end zone and the Broncos start at the 20.

Q1 14:59: Here are the Broncos starters on offense: Along the offensive line — Ryan Clady, Zane Beadles, J.D. Walton, Chris Kuper and Orlando Franklin. Kyle Orton is under center with RB Knowshon Moreno and FB Spencer Larsen in the backfield. Brandon Lloyd and Eddie Royal start at wide receiver with Daniel Fells at tight end.

Q1 13:55: Orton fires complete to Spencer Larsen for a quick first down. He hits Brandon Lloyd on quick slant on the next play for another first down at the 47-yard line.

Q1 10:50: The crowd is making their presence know before the Raiders’ first snap and it is LOUD. 12. millertime2 says:

guys its all good remember were rebuilding, our defense has been good, they would like a rest lol. Nothing funny about this, but I think the play calling is something else. Noshown is not going to run to an edge on this team when everyone runs 4.28 or 4.38 40 rt . They have the most speed in the nfl on there team, you need to use their speed against them. Maybe different story second half, my glass half full, our defense is new and very good but they need help from the offense rt now, and its not ortons fault.

  13. timmah says:

orton sucks…. I gotta say better run defense.. the offense isn’t doing anything and they keep on passing the ball instead of running it. So of course the defense is getting tired and I gotta say they have done well with the situations that they were put in. I gotta say if our offense looks this bad just put in timmy and lets see something and move on from kyle.
