15:00: Matt Prater kicks off for the Broncos. He boots it deep into the endzone for a touchback. First-and-10, Green Bay, at the 20. Aaron Rodgers takes the field at QB. Starting on D for the Broncos: Marquand Manuel, Marlon McCree, Dre’ Bly, Champ Bailey, D.J. Williams, Jamie Winborn, Nate Webster, Dewayne Robertson, Marcus Thomas, John Engelberger and Elvis Dumervil
13:48: The Packers’ first two plays were Rodgers passes, going for 35 and then 17 yards.
12:51: The Packers have the ball at the Denver 26, second-and-eight. Rodgers completes a pass to Greg Jennings close to a first down. Marlon McCree pushes Jennings out of bounds.
11:30: Rodgers kept the ball on a QB sneak for a first down on the previous play. Just handed off to Brandon Jackson for a seven yard gain, taking them to the seven yard line.
11:28: Rodgers forced out of the pocket, throws the ball out of the back of the endzone. Third-and-three from the 10: pass complete to Donald Driver for a touchdown. 7-0, Packers.
11:23: Eddie Royal fielded the ensuing kickoff a few yards deep in the endzone, but bobbled he. He knelt down for a touchback. Jay Cutler comes in to lead the Broncos offense. Starting on O for the Broncos: Jay Cutler, Selvin Young, Cecil Sapp, Brandon Marshall, Eddie Royal, Nate Jackson, Ryan Clady, Ryan Harris, Chris Kuper, Ben Hamilton and Casey Wiegmann
11:17: After a deep attempt for Nate Jackson sailed high and out of bounds, Cutler pitched to Selvin Young. He took it left and cut up field for a 21-yard gain.
8:59: After a tipped pass and a short Young run, Cutler scrambled up the middle and was stopped just shy of the first down marker. Fourth-and-one, and the Broncos go for it. Andre Hall gets the first down, but a penalty on the Packers moves the ball even further. Broncos have a first-and-ten from the Packer 45.
7:04: Cutler complete to Marshall for a 22-yard gain when the Broncos were facing a long third down, giving them a first down at the Packer 22.
5:28: After a no-gainer by Andre Hall and two incompletions, it’s fourth-and-10 from the 22. Prater comes out to attempt 40-yard and knocks it through. 7-3, Green Bay.
5:28: Prater booms another kickoff into the endzone, this one bouncing in from several yards out. Back-to-back touchbacks and a 40-yarder — a pretty good start for Prater.
4:01: After a pair of short runs, the Packers just barely inched out a first down on a pass from Rodgers to Ruvell Martin.
1:22: The Packers face a third-and-six from their own 37, and the Broncos would have had them stopped, but Elvis Dumervil jumped offsides. Now the Packers face a third-and-two from the 50. They get the first down on a short run by Jackson.
0:09: Dumervil sacks Rodgers for a loss of eight yards to end the first quarter.

How about a wake up call for the starting Defense!??
Tha was pathetic
Well, good job on the quick start D.
Well, let’s hope the offense looks better than the D.
I said it last year and I’ll say it again….Shanny’s ego is keeping Tony out of the game….he may not be the best blocker but the KIDS GOT SKILLS! I don’t CARE if you don’t like how he practices or blocks, when the lights go on he comes alive and CUTLER FINDS HIM
Well I certainly hope this isn’t what we have to look forward to this season from our D. Pretty pathetic.
Cutler and the WRs don’t seem to be on the same page yet.
OK, ONE COMPLETION is not what I call a good start tonight. Call a timeout or something, get it together.
Alright! Prater is 1 for 1…………..first time as a Bronco!
NICELY, at least the kicker looked good. ALRIGHT D, time to GET IT TOGETHER. Show us you got something to prove, because you DO!
Huzaaah! Now if we can only get the defense, offense and the rest of the special teams shored up we’re good!
DOOM!!!!!
