After a successful first drive, the Broncos offense wasn’t able to get much going in the first half.

The team is 0-for-7 on third downs, and has four three-and-outs on seven drives. The seventh drive featured an unsuccessful fourth-down conversion as Tim Tebow simply threw the ball high in the air out of bounds to run the clock down to halftime.

Tebow is 4-for-13 for 37 yards and has been sacked three times.

The team’s leading rusher is Lance Ball, who has two carries for 37 yards. Knowshon Moreno has chipped in 27 yards on the ground, and Tebow has rushed four times for 15 yards.

The Lions outgained the Broncos 274 yards to 79 in the first half.

The Denver defense sacked Matthew Stafford twice in the first half.

Stafford is 16-for-22 for 191 yards and two scores, good for a quarterback rating of 129.2 yards.

The Lions lead the game 24-3, having scored 24 consecutive points after the Broncos’ opening-drive field goal.
