vabroncoguy, I will agree that cutler is far more talented then Orton is. If one were to test all the QB’S in the league on pure “physical talent” Orton would probably finish towards the bottom and Cutler towards the top.
With that being said I would not change what happened. Orton is a leader, and a game manager. Cutler is a crybaby who thinks that he is above the team. I would think as a coach that you would teach that NO ONE is above the team. I was a pretty good player myself and if my knee was good I may still be playing.
I understand what you are saying but I totally disagree with your reasoning. Orton was CLOSE to being intercepted. “Close is only good in horse shoes and hand grenades.” Should of, Would of, Could of… DIDN’T…
As a Bronco fan I was getting sick of Cutler blaming recievers and hanging his head all the time. During post game talks he acts like a pre- maddona adolescent.
With that said, yes I agree he is talented. But I love the Broncos without him.

man I got to stay on the site more, so I can respond when people talk to me. I am actually a football fan FIRST, then a Bronco fan. FIRTST(a). Saying that, if for some God forsaken reason, there were no more Broncos, I would be a fan of the game and still hate the Raiders. I coach football, I dissect it, and I play it. Therefore a lot of my comments are made without a fan bias. I am still a fan of Cutler’s. I actually watched the Bears game and enjoyed what he did on the field. He is a special talent. Orton may/may not lead this team to much, but I do accept he is the QB now, and no I don’t cry over the Cutler situation it is over and done. What I have noticed is that Orton is not very good and HINDERS our offense. If you are going to be honest, BOTH touchdowns he threw Saturday should have been intercepted. Marshall had completely run past the defender, Orton underthrew him and Marshall made and AMAZING catch to take it to the house. Orton has missed wide open receivers all year (glove or not) and just doesn’t have it. I have said maybe this team will be the new Ravens, defense and a horrible QB won a SB. But even they realized that was not the way to sustain success in the NFL and upgraded the position. I am happy with the 4-0 start, still am not happy with some of McDaniels calls or decision making. I love NOLAN and the D. One man’s opinion.

Sorry, Big D 44, was doing laundry and such. ATV got it right, Bucky has an ankle sprain. They may hold him out this week. If so, expect a lot of Moreno. Haven’t heard on Larsen. I’ll check on it for you.
