Bay - here is this weeks prediction: Broncos 31 - chiefs 17

Broncos have a pretty lousy record at Arrowhead but recently picked a couple of wins there. The momentum an confidence build on offence last week carries over to this week and our defence will just keep improving. This leads me to believe this game is not going to be as close as many folks on here predict. I see Kansas scoring less than 20 points on us and I see us scoring over 30 for the second consecutive road game.
3 sacks for Batman and Robin, 4 in total + another pick for Champ will help us. Chiefs will have to game plan for the read option so i see over 200 passing yards for Tebow. McCoy will have a pass play that works wonders up his sleeve this weekend.
My prediction was helped by a great bottle of Pinot Noir, if it comes true I will uncork another one next Friday evening :-)

Enjoy the game everyone..

CurtOU, you believe Tebow willQB the tiam to a win by 13 points in Arrowhead but he should be demoted to RB next year? Hmm? I don't see the logic in this thinking. jomho

Latest update on Woodyard by Legwold and what it will mean to us, plus team getting ready to leave later today for KC, or a day earlier than usual, which is something Fox has done to help out with playing the early games on Sunday:

Broncos linebacker Wesley Woodyard, who did not practice Wednesday or Thursday, was on the field this morning. He was still limping somewhat, but looked as if he would take part in practice on a limited basis.

Woodyard is a key special teams player for the Broncos — he's third on team in special teams tackles — and plays in the Broncos' specialty packages on defense as well.

The Broncos have routinely gone to their nickel packages (five defensive backs) against opposing offense's three-wide receiver sets, and Woodyard is a regular on those units.

With the Chiefs expected to play plenty of three-wide-receiver formations Sunday using Dwayne Bowe, Steve Breaston and Jonathan Baldwin, the Broncos would have to make a major adjustment if Woodyard cannot play.

This season, the Broncos have been in some kind of nickel package for at least 38 snaps in five of their eight games, including 40, 39 and 44 snaps in their last three games, respectively.

All of the Broncos were at least in uniform for today's practice and the team is scheduled to leave for Kansas City this afternoon. The Broncos will have a walk-through in the Kansas City area on Saturday.

CurtOU, he also said he before he was drafted that would be happy to play RB when someone proved to him he couldn't become a QB. All he wanted was a fair chance to try. The jury is still out on that point so it might be a bit premature to start moving people until the season plays out. His other position when he was in Jr. High was ILB but that didn't last long. He hasn't played anything but QB in about the last 9 or 10 years. As far as Luck is concerned, at this point Denver would draft 11th or 12th by the latest projections so unless they give away the franchise for the next 3 or 4 years, they aren't going to get him. The other big names, Jones and Barkley, will also likely be gone without a Carson Palmer-type trade which would set the whole organization back for a long time. Both of the top two teams need QBs in the worst kind of way, Indy and Miami, so the chances of them trading are probably about slim and none unless someone offers them a whole team for the picks!
