11:46 a.m. MST: According to dictionary.com, superstition is defined as any blindly accepted belief or notion. So with the final four games in front of us and the playoffs within reach, I think all of Broncos Country is pulling out their superstitions. And those of us that work for the team are no different. Typically my blog duties only come on the road. But since I have had a good run of luck while blogging, the duties are on my plate today.
The Broncos will be decked out in their orange jerseys and white pants this afternoon — the same look they had in their Week 3 victory over the Saints (superstitious?). It is a balmy December day, with temperatures expected to reach the 60s. And we better enjoy it, looks like snow and cold are headed back our way.
I am going to head down on the field with Jake Grilley to grab some photos and I will be back with the inactives as well.
12:41 p.m. MST: PR has just handed me the inactives for today’s game. For the Broncos; Marlon McCree, Champ Bailey, P.J. Pope, Selvin Young, Andrew Pinnock, Herana-Daze Jones, D.J. Williams and Tim Crowder are all inactive.
12:49 p.m. MST: For the Chiefs; CB Patrick Surtain, TE Michael Merritt, LB Pat Thomas, LB Donnie Edwards, G Tavares Washington, T Andrew Carnahan, G Adrain Jones and WR Mark Bradley.
A couple of lineup changes for today’s game. Peyton Hillis will start at running back for Young, Josh Bell starts for Bailey, Vernon Fox starts for McCree, Spencer Larsen will start at fullback for Hillis and Wesley Woodyard will start for Williams.
For the Chiefs, Rocky Boiman and Derrick Johnson will switch spots. Johnson will man the middle while Boiman moves outside. And Devard Darling starts at wide receiver for Bradley.
1:25 p.m. MST: Here are some photos of pregame from Jake Grilley:

1:35 p.m. MST: The Chiefs have left the field, but the Broncos are still running through their pregame drills.
1:38 p.m. MST: The Broncos have wrapped their pregame drills and have headed back to the locker room. As usual, Brandon Stokley gets some individual work with Jedd Fisch before he follows his teammates through the tunnel.
1:56 p.m. MST: The Chiefs have just been introduced to the Denver crowd amongst a chorus of boos. The Broncos will be announcing their starting offense.
2:03 p.m. MST: The captains have headed to midfield for the coin toss. The Chiefs call tails and it is tails. Kansas City will receive the kick.
See you in the first quarter.

Orange Uni’s are back! Good to see
Hey Kyle hows it going man?
What does it look like for Ebenezer Ekuban i know he was limited in practice, will he play?
Thanks a lot
I just read that Champ and DJ are inactive today. Bummer!
Ebenezer is up, and it does look as though Champ and D.J. are down. I will post the full list in a sec.
Well I have faith in our young guys on the defense to step up again today and make some stops. They have been playing very well since coming in for all the injured players. I just hope Cutler and the offense realize how big this game is and how badly they need to play smart and get the win today.
Well much to my disappointment Webster looks to back in the middle, they were showing L.J. running the ball on afc playbook. The most prominent number out of position or missing the play was Webster, If he repeats that lousy performance he needs to learn how to play fullback and leave Larsen at linebacker
I agree the young guys are playing better than webster was when he was 100%
even with some starters inactive we are looking good for today
if our receivers play like tye did against the jets we should be in for a good game .
hillis is great your starting my fantasy so play like u did against the jets
bring those playoff’s back to denver boy’s
are u guys kidding?? webster is the most underrated linebacker and he brings a lot of heat and a lot of intensity to the defense. the dude is crazy. yea the young guys are great too, spencer larsen did a great job replacing nate. but damn quit hating on nate he is a beast n he helps our defense out alot by coming back in and starting at mike.
anyone have live feed
33x :I don’t hate Webster I just don’t think it is a coincedence that the play at mlb has drastically improved since he was injured. It he can get it done great but he has to do more than lose his helmet! Eleven guys on the same page playing together gets it done, no playing your spot kills the defense. If was plain on the AFC playbook last night when he is prominent as L.J. goes by and he is not in position. If he repeats those mistakes it will not go well!
I would much rather make blue jerseys the “two times a year” jerseys.
Orange all the way for this Denver Bronco Fan!
Now, no matter what, lets take the Chiefs apart!
Does anyone have or now of live feed
live feed please =)
yeah can someone link a live feed? us fans in PA cant see the game
