First-and-10 from the Denver 33, 14:10 to play in the first quarter: Quarterback Peyton Manning and wide receiver Demaryius Thomas set the tone early with their first connection of the day – a 23-yard gain that took the Broncos to the Cleveland 44-yard line on their opening drive. Five plays later, the pair struck again on a 22-yard touchdown pass that gave Denver an early 7-0 lead.
Third-and-9 from the Denver 9, 4:40 to play in the first quarter: With the Browns driving deep in Denver territory, the defense came up with a third-down stop when safety Mike Adams knocked the pass from Browns quarterback Brandon Weeden away from its intended target – wide receiver Josh Cooper. Smart Play!!! maybe not in the nature/spirit of the rule, but definitely within the rules
Making it look easy boys.
Hoping Indy beats Houston next weak.
Then we take care of our business against KC.
I smell #1 seed. All roads go through Denver.
I hope Indianapolis doesn’t sit Luck next week.
You guys see that McIlroy got sacked 11 times today by the Chargers… Ouch
McElroy*
Hey Turtle!
Yeah. My brother actually got ahold of me and was off today, so I went to his house to watch it!
That’s where I normally watch the games that aren’t broadcast, but he was supposed to work, so it all worked out!
Both the Colts and Bengals are locked into their # seeds and can not change. Does Indy have incentive to play Andrew Luck next week? Or do they rest him?
That’s cool sndvl! Great game today!!!
Strand, good question… I would guess that since he is a Rookie and Pagano may be back on the sideline they play, and play to win… just my take
The chiefs had 352 rushing yards on 44 carries, or better than 8 yards per carry (and Lost!!!) That should be a good test before our bye week!!!
B-R-O-N-C-O-S BRONCOS BRONCOS BRONCOS!!!
It’s the right thing to do. Other games are on the line as for seeding and bye weeks and the such.
I definitely think Luck plays next week!!!
The game was so axing to be at and the immaculate tipped reception happened on my side of the endzone. Peyton was awesome and Knowshon was solid running and receiving. People don’t want to play us and I like that. I also like how the offense is honest and keeps reminding people that they haven’t been together very long, hence the awkward moments at time. I hope Weeden is ok and it sounds like Richardsen might’ve broken his ankle:( bummer
*amazing
Glad you had fun Cat! Had to be a great game to watch
Man… Seattle is looking really stout
Yea but they will have to play Green Bay again.
Does Luck win ROY if he sits…
Loads of fun Ticat!
My Weedies thing became all-to- true. Get well soon Weeden. I dont wish injury on anyone.
New blog
Glad you got to see a good win Cat.
I think Seattle could knock off Atl. or GB. They play killer defended.
