When the Broncos take the field for tonight’s season-opener vs. Oakland, expect an electric atmosphere within Sports Authority Field at Mile High. In addition to the game being played in front of a national audience on ESPN, the team will be wearing its alternate orange jerseys.
Players notice the extra energy that the orange uniforms seem to create.
“You think about the color, you get excited,” linebacker Mario Haggan said. “We get excited to wear that orange. When we walk in the stadium and see it oranged out, it sends some emotion through the players’ veins and I think that will a lot to do with how we play on Monday night.”
The team has special in-game entertainment planned, as listed below:
• The Broncos encourage all fans to arrive to the stadium and be in their seats 30 minutes before kickoff, which is scheduled for 8:20 p.m. Premium gates will open at 5 p.m. and all other gates will open at 6 p.m.
• Pre-game entertainment will include a 9/11 tribute, singing of America the Beautiful and the Parade of Colors with Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, Police & Fire participation.
• All fans in Broncos Country are being asked to participate in a group singing of the National Anthem as a special tribute to the victims of 9/11.
• The Broncos are excited to welcome former running back and Ring of Famer Terrell Davis to the game for the opening coin toss.
• Fans attending the game will receive an orange rally towel, courtesy of game day sponsor Bud Light, an American Flag and a Sports Authority Field at Mile High window cling.

Great game in Miami so far…..the only bad thing about it so far was having to listen to Fergie butcher your national anthem. Why do they let her perform. She was just as bad at the Super Bowl last year. LOL

For the 27 I’m counting on two run TDs, one in the air and two FGs, so take the run away and we score 13 or 19 at best.
I hear you bay. But having 2 players be in their second yr starting on the oline should help, and Clady back to normal after not playing 100% last year I feel we will be okay in that department.
I see Knowshon with 90-100 yrds and Mcgahee with 50-75 as long as we dont fall behind in the game and we dont have to pass too much and try to catch up.
We need at least 150 on the ground and I really don’t care who gets what because my handle isn’t Knowshon, haha.
I love all football, but I wish it was 8:30 and the first game was over, lol. Cant wait to see what we will be able to do this year. Game vs raiders i believe will be a good indicator, because if we somehow manage to get lots of pressure and play the run okay. i think we will have a better season then expected.
The thing with Fox is even if we fall considerably behind he will not abandon the run like McD, he will stick with it like Shanny, so not worried about that.

The Bronco game starts at 10pm Eastern Time and I have school tomorrow so I will only be able to watch the first half. Hopefully that is all I need to watch. I expect 27-0 by halftime so I can sleep in peace lmao
