I think we do have valuable youth in our defense, but i do agree we must look in to a future safety that has a strong understanding of the game, some one who has the potential to orchistrate our defense like Brian does for us. The Broncos will once again be an elite team soon.. we have to think about the other side of the ball too, many elite teams dont think it will take years to become great, their mind set is more along the lines of," be great now", and if you get your team to believe that, who knows what may happen, we might end up with another superbowl... you only live once!! Broncos for life, and my home town Denver.

sad to say any CB playing opposite Champ wont have the best days. Champ is that great. God Rest his soul, Darrent Williams wouldve been the next great CB.

It would be smart to invest in a superb young CB right now, be it FA or draft. Champ knows his legs wont keep up forever. He is still our IRONMAN.

we need edge rushers.,,with long arms....throw the house for Mario (cash :D aha) ..that man will make offenses sorry...

we miss our history of hard hitting safeties.its always been a Bronco tradition to hear helmets cracking in the middle of the field ( Sorry Mr. Goodell).

We should sign Carr or Ross and draft a CB like JT if hes available at round 2 or 3.

We need a good end opposite Doom in front of Miller and a big BEEF guy in the middle next to Bunk.

Anyone know much about Gilmore from South Carolina? I hear good things about him. A lot about his technique AND i hear he is great at jumping the route.

Yo Aussie, how goes it?

Ross is 29, but Porter is only 25.. He's from LA, and he probably wants to stay put.. Just throwing two names out there i haven't heard brought up here before..

I'd like to see us draft a solid CB, but part of me thinks we're better off trying to sign a proven FA in the 25-29 age range.. Reason being I feel like we had such bad luck with CB's in the draft.. Let's not forget we got Champ in a trade..

Why use our first pick on a guy (Burfict) when a lot of things ive seen have in as a 3rd round prospect? I still think we take Fox, Still or Worthy with the first pick, but if they decide on a LB they should look into Brown, Kuechly or Hightower. I think the first 2 picks this year should be a DT and LB.

Anyone notice we have had a hard time finding a DB to pair with the Champ since Darrent Williams died? (may he rest in piece)
