    About time I won something,lol.

For the record…….I just jumped off the Tebow Train, there’s no driver!!!

I have never seen a QB look so pathetic as Tebow did yesterday, blame whoever you want(WRs,coaches)but Tebow hasn’t enough talent to get the job done passing the ball,he was trying his best, but it wasn’t good enough,we need to draft a QB!

  2. killerkod says:

loiusiana…….we might be labled as tebow haters……and I don’t really care. For those who have been on the blog all year and have read my posts, they know I’ve been pretty objective about our teams performance all season.

I’ve never been a big fan of Tebow’s, but wanted him to get a shot to show what he can do….cause we all know that Orton wasn’t the answer. It was more about finding out what we have in TT, not that he was the savior…..as some people have proclaimed him as…..

And even in th victories, while I was happy to take them, they were just plain ugly and hard to watch.

And after 11 games of tebow football, I couldn’t really care less to see more of it. He’s shown that he’s nothing but a one-trick pony and it didn’t take long for defensive co-ordinators to figure him out.

I want a real QB behind center…….not a glorified fullback.

Instead of giving my game impressions this week I’m going to simple say this.

Watching nearly 40 years of Broncos football and I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this.

A mediocre 8-8 record winning us the divison and sending us to the playoffs on a three game losing streak.

    Absolutely amazing.

Never heard of anything quite like this.

Never experienced it as a bronco fan that’s for sure.

It makes me feel completely bipolar.

Embarrassed and Joyful, all mixed in together, I guess that’s what it means when they say you gotta take the good with the bad.

Oh my, what a strange trip it’s been, the wildest mediocre season of them all that’s for certain.

  4. Louisianabroncofan says:

Green bay is so good because they were built beautifully by ted thompson and mike McCarthy. They hit on all the people they put on o, and mike McCarthy has gotten exactly what he needs for what he does. it’s great to see really, cuz it was done so well.

  5. killerkod says:

    I’m a broncos fan…….not an individual player fan………..

and right now an individual player is hurting this team.

  6. brian_schneider says:

I think Tebow will be around next year but he won’t be our starting QB unless something miraculous happens..no pun intended. He’s won games and I’m happy about that but he has to show more passing ability and he hasn’t done that..at least not enough to justify his starting job next season.

  7. baylinorcrush says:

It looks like CarnageBronc is getting followers by the minute, maybe guys like DB were too fast calling him a one time wonder when he said McD was horrible even after the 6-0 start.

Sure looks like he may be 100% right again when he has been saying all along keeping Tebow as the starter would set us back for years

A football lesson to be learned…..

  8. brian_schneider says:

While I do dislike the play calls, Tebow can audible but he doesn’t.

  9. cowbells says:

Seems Bronco Moses Tebow is lost in the wilderness again. Will it take 40 years to pull his head out of his asss? Will God chastise him for throwing like a girl? Or will Bronco Moses overcome this adversity and lead his team to the promised land? I don’t know why, but I do know for sure and it is a miracle and I believe! I am a witness! Take all of your life savings and bet on every one of the broncos games. Bronco Moses WILL DELIVER FOR US !!!
Elway who? Erect a statue of Bronco Moses ! GUARANTEED !!!

  10. BeastFromEast92 says:

I wonder if we can get Flynn, lol.

  11. killerkod says:

he can’t read a D and he locks into 1 receiver and can’t see the open guys.

  12. baylinorcrush says:

Well that wasn’t so simple, meant to say simply, LOL.

  13. baylinorcrush says:

    LMAO @ cowbells.

That’s about the size of it for most Tebow disciples.

  14. killerkod says:

    no more cowbell……lol

  15. brian_schneider says:

As the announcer said also he need to “learn what is open in the NFL” Just because they have a defender on them doesn’t mean they’re not open.

  16. OrangeTsunami says:

lbf – agreed, GB built thru the draft, and they will reap the benefits for years to come… The draft is crucial in the NFL, an area we’ve been lacking and need to turn around pronto!

Well, one thing is for sure, get ready for another QQ next year!! Guess we’re destined to be in a perpetual QQ… LOL!

  17. baylinorcrush says:

I think he was being purely sarcastic, at least that’s the hope, LOL.

  18. baylinorcrush says:

Funny enough, I think the QQ has finally been resolved.

  19. killerkod says:

I certainly hope so……….but you never know with the amount of fanatics on the blog since he took over…..lol

  20. killerkod says:

yup, none of them is the answer! lol

  21. OrangeTsunami says:

Any reason the believe that Tebow is playing the role of martyr at the Boncos expense??

  22. OrangeTsunami says:

    *Broncos

  23. BeastFromEast92 says:

Looking forward to watching the Stanford/Oklahoma St game tonight.
2 great teams going at it!

  24. Louisianabroncofan says:

Ya and it’s time to stop letting the tebow only fans run amuck. This team needs to do what’s best for the future, and tebows not it. I do hate that he wasn’t it, but he’s not and let’s move forward.

  25. brian_schneider says:

I think teams have figure out Tebow and the Broncos offense plain and simple, just like they sniffed out the wildcat. The thing that is needed here to sustain it is a QB like Tebow that can also throw the ball well. Right now we’re not doing anything different than just running the wildcat..over..and over..and over.

I thought it might work, but as we’re seeing it isn’t, and as a result we’re losing games

  26. killerkod says:

hmmmmmm, I wonder why JE wouln’t name TT THE GUY?

Prob cause he didn’t want to spend the entire off season whiping egg off his face.lol

  27. Broncfalls says:

Holy Rocky Mountain What the Hell was that???????

I’m wondering if I’m alone on this topic? Here’s how my game watching and this morning went.

I’m watching the game and I can’t figure out why he just can’t throw the football….AT ALL! As the game goes on and our defense continues to produce three and outs after three and outs….I keep telling myself “Ok…Come on Timmy….this is our series! let’s go!” Didn’t happen…..

As the final moments of the game wrapped up I found myself glancing at the other television in the bar to the San Diego Oakland game….It was like I didn’t care! I mean I did but it felt stupid!!!!!

I come home and explain to my 8 year old son we made the playoffs! This morning I woke up almost feeling sorry for Tim! It’s like I want to believe this kid can turn it around! I want to believe he can throw the ball because if he could, what a qb he could be….but for the first time since he became the starter, I really don’t know what the answer is. Can he? Can he learn how to throw? I want so much for him to succeed but not at the expense of the franchise…..

I LOVE our WR’s Decker, Willis, Royal, the TE’s…..WE HAVE TO GET THEM THE BALL!

I’m lost…I want to believe this battleship can turn around but I just don’t know….For the first time in a long time, I found myself just speechless!

    We’re in the dance now….so uh………um………..uh……..

    GO GET EM’ BOYS!

  28. brian_schneider says:

I’m not saying Tebow can’t become a better passer but he’s got a long ways to go. Problem is even if we wanted to trade him..if..if someone offered a trade, it would be like for a 5th or 6th round pick.

If Tebow doesn’t get better I say they need to just need to let Tebow go and take the fans backlash. If you’re on the team and you’re not getting better or making your team better then there is no reason for you to be on the roster. They say because of Tebow we won those games..also because of Tebow we’ve lost the last three games.

I still hope Tebow can become the guy..but..I don’t know if he’s done enough to warrant a full season, guess we’ll see what happens.

  29. Louisianabroncofan says:

Carnage wasn’t the only one who didn’t get on board with the tebow thing.

  30. OrangeTsunami says:

For what it’s worth, Tebow broke Emmit Smith’s rushing TD record at Florida, and he did say many times he would do what ever it took to help the team… the answer might be right in front of ourselves….

  31. carnagebronc says:

Wow is all I can say….when I said all these things about Tebow when we were winning I was labeled gloom and doom…I said we would lose the last three and the Pitt game could get really ugly. Did u guys see how depressed Champ.was? Tebow gives the franchise the LEAST chance to win. People blame the play calling….believe me if we had a competent qb, the play calls would be very different. The only game he looked half decent wad against the worst secondary in the NFL. He barely cracked 200 yards. He missed receivers all game. He is not a dynamic runner. When was the last time he made a guy miss. Or outran someone. He is a slow straight line power runner and that has been figured out. No one fears him anymore. Teams are not playing prevent at the end of games. We lost three straight and obviously should have lost to Chicago with Haine at qb if not forma complete breakdown by Barber. Fan hysteria is like letting the inmates run the asylum. If Tebow remains qb…we will continue to be NFL laughing stocks and this team will be in the dumps for at least 5 years.

  32. brian_schneider says:

It’s like when you’re a kid and you’re learning to ride a bike and your Dad is holding on to the seat, then he lets go. You’re like “look, look Dad!” and then you ride straight into a tree. That’s kind of how it seems this season has gone.

  33. Louisianabroncofan says:

Ya beast today is a really good college football day. I can’t wait!

  34. BeastFromEast92 says:

Overall the Defense played great, holding KC to 7 points!!!!
We score 3 lousy points, you can’t win if you can’t throw the football.

  35. Louisianabroncofan says:

    Haha schneider now that’s funny.

  36. baylinorcrush says:

The Tebow disciples are keeping their distance this morning….

  37. BeastFromEast92 says:

Lbf…….some great matchups today and tonight!

  38. OrangeTsunami says:

Carnage – you don’t think Tebow could be a Hillis type RB if he put on a few lbs? I mean, it seems like the weight room his drug of choice anyway.. I just think if we can salvage the pick and get some value out of him.. You cant argue that he has a nose for the endzone..

  39. brian_schneider says:

I’m going to make my prediction now, I don’t think I did last week, can’t remember.

    Broncos: 6
    Steelers: 24

I don’t expect anything different than the product we saw this past week. Plus the Steelers defense knows how to create turnovers and score points.

  40. BeastFromEast92 says:

I was a big Tebow supporter, but enough is enough!

Unless we win against the Steelers (haha) and Tebow passes for 300 yds we gotta draft a QB in the 1st round, imo.

  41. OrangeTsunami says:

Moving Tebow to RB, might lower the need to draft a RB, we could use that pick on a QB, and still address our defensive area’s of concern..

  42. brian_schneider says:

Maybe that’s what Elway means when he said he was going to work with Tebow in the offseason…make him put on some extra pounds and turn him into a RB LOL!

  43. BeastFromEast92 says:

Tebow did help our running game go to #1,but our passing game fell to dead last.Everybody knows this is a passing league now,and you have to be able to score points to win 13-17 points a game won’t cut it!

    @brian,he’s about 240-250 lbs now.

  44. OrangeTsunami says:

Ayers and Tebow put on weight, take one for the team, and change positions.. Might sound crazy, but Belichick does this kind of thing all the time.. You can’t just throw guys out (that have talent) and start over, you’ll never get over the hump that way.. It’s best to utilize your talent the best way, be creative, and most important – be willing to adapt!!

  45. brian_schneider says:

Tebow being the person he is probably wouldn’t make much fuss about being moved to RB.

  46. baylinorcrush says:

Tebow will not stay on a team to play RB and he is way too slow for that anyway. Only reason Tebow is playing football is his goal is to enhance his missionary work, seriously doubt a FB position would help him much in that. Trade him to Jacksonville is the best option by far, they are the only ones who will overlook all his deficiencies because he would mean big money for them, like a full stadium for each game.

  47. OrangeTsunami says:

    You mean Tebow for Gabbert?

  48. baylinorcrush says:

You forgot, we draft a QB with the first pick in the draft, no stinking need for Gabbert, haha.

  49. brian_schneider says:

I’m not sure how his playing football will help him in his missionary work except the for bring false hope to those to seek answers.

  50. seweatherman1 says:

Bay, where is Jacksonville in the draft order?
