The Denver Broncos signed two players who have previously spent time with the organization to their practice squad Wednesday: cornerback Tony Carter and wide receiver Greg Orton.
Carter started his NFL career with the Broncos. Denver signed the 5-foot-9, 175-pound cornerback out of Florida State as a college free agent in 2009. He spent that entire season with the Broncos organization, splitting time between the practice squad and active roster. He’s seen action in four games — including one start — over his three-year career with Denver (2009) and New England (2010). He also competed with Minnesota during training camp this fall.
Orton has also spent some time in Denver, competing at the Broncos training camp this year. The 6-foot-3, 199-pound receiver spent the last two seasons playing for the Spokane Shock of the Arena Football league after originally signing with the Cincinnati Bengals in 2009 as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue.
These moves come on the heels of the Broncos signing two practice squad players, linebacker Mike Mohamed and safety Kyle McCarthy, to their active roster earlier this week.

5’9″ 175lbs…is he smaller than Phonzy?
Happy bday turtle. Today is mine too.
New tweet by Lombardi. Miller has ligament damage. Good to go against the Minnie’s.
Happy Bday RH… and Thank you
Have a good one RH709!
Turtle and RH709, Happy Birthday guys make it a good one.
Looks like we are a resilent team that keeps bringing it even if it’s after an injury or when the going gets tough. This is a good sign. I didn’t see any slowing down in Von during the overtime period.
Heal fast and stay focussed.
Go Broncos!
Happy Birthday Turtle and 709. Turtle, I love your wish list but you can forget #5. That wouldn’t happen even if we won the SB.
Thank you all around!
I titled it ‘Wishlist’ for a reason!

Someone once told me ‘You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make him drink…’
I said to the man ‘You don’t know horses very well… Put a piece of Salt in that horses mouth and gauranteed he’d drink…’
I think the team is really getting behind the “next man up” philosophy that Fox brings. Instead of complaining about injuries our guys are stepping up.
Eventually with enough facts there can be no denial!
Tebow is a winner… In football and in life!
Good to hear Von will be fine!
HBD Turtle and RH..

Von 5 sacks, 2FF, FR
Doom 1.5 Sacks, FF, FR
Champ 2 INT, TD

risky,
What ever you have mixed with that kool aid, bottle it and sell it. You’ll become a multi-millionair!
Whatever risky305 is on is much..MUCH stronger than the kool aid. Haha!
lol Thanks guys..but really ow are they going to score on us? No AP, Rookie QB, and their defense is not that great.. I see us running the ball atleast 60 times…
Is AP officially ruled out?
lol great stuff today i want riskys koolaid thats some potent stuff love it.
O yea…just took a another sip…Nate Irving gets an interception, FF in the last 3 drives for Vikes
Thanks everyone.
If AP is out we should have a field day.
I have been impressed with Ponder. Don’t forget he can scramble.
he can also throw an int to goodman, harris, champ, and hell even carter
Happy bday y’all.they should bring darcel mcbath back man. Darn it
We are sadly mistaken if we think minnesota will be an easy win. We can ill afford to look any team over.
I hope carter has gotten better he sucked last year, got roasted by everybody!!!!!!!!
i like carter i remember him doing well at times but like tav says burned at times as well…i saw in in college alot also…i think he does make plays…he is a nice breather for harris. hey we got orton again on the roster…
