I keep hearing from reliable sources that Kyle Orton is a 'great practice player'. So why don’t they use him to QB the practice squad?

Would a progressive minded coach evaluate his players and stay up late devising new schemes and plays to take advantage of the talent at hand? Or what would a worn out, old school group of coaches do?

There is just one reason, I can think of, why John Fox should play Tim Tebow; that would be to score TD’s. There's not much use for him otherwise.

I know that Kyle Orton at QB gives the Broncos the 'best chance to win'. But win what? First pick in the draft?

Were pissed as broncos fans because its "OUR" money that is keeping this franchise going, and paying paychecks to the executives to make rediculious decisions. Hello ELWAY!!! I love you, your my all time favorite, but honestly, how long did it take you to shine, and win games, and OH YEAH make it to a super bowl. Remember who took a chance on you and allowed you to be the face of the team. Were only asking, as the people who pay your paycheck to get the face of the broncos future going so we dont have to wait as long to win ANOTHER superbowl as it took you to win your first. 2nd and then retire. I dont want Tim to be ruined. I think Tim could be as great as YOU John Elway, and give him a yr or two, he can be in the same discussions as Tom Brady the new generation qb.. We want orton out for a reason. He is not our future.. TIM TEBOW is... make the decision, trade Orton, hell I dont care.. Give him away, but this is our rebuilding year, and it could have been an exciting one if Tebow would be starting the entire year.

So my issue this week is with Mr Quitter Orton. The issue I have is the media loves him because the fans hate him. The fans want Tebow because he is a leader. Tebow has proven himself on the field in the games, hell with practice, practice just makes you better. Orton shines in practice but sucks on the field. You dont win games because you have a good practice quarterback. SERIOUSLY... GET TEBOW out there and build upon him. This season is over with Mr Quitter Orton and your throwing potential games we could win with Tebow. This QB controversy will ruin our team this year and I credit that to John Fox.. look at all the other rookie QBs getting a chance that are not getting ripped by the media. Its gotten personal now, and shame on the Analysts, Woody Paige has it right.. GET TEBOW in there and GET MR QUITTER ORTON OUT!!!! We have to start somewhere. Maybe we can win the Superbowl next year if we start now!!! We will be 0-2 after this week

Like Orton says he lets his play speak for itself that what really cares me he is allergic to the RED ZONE when he gets near it he starts to sweat and shake and gets panicky and chokes every time. COUNT ON IT!

Wow...It's crazy all you Broncos fan's call yourself fans, but you beat the team down with your comments. Are y'all crazy? It was the first game of the season, we looked absolute horrible I'll give y'all that, but we lost by three to a team that beat us by forty something points last year, in our house. Yeah we lost again to the stupid Raiders. Doesn't mean the season is a loss. If we start Tebow to soon we could find out he is more like an old Raider Quarterback J'marcus Russell. Or we could sit him, let him learn, improve and when the rest of team looks strong we give him a chance like Rodgers from Green Bay. Besides the point that Orton isn't a horrible Quarterback. Yeah he played horrible, except when everybody started rooting for Tebow, and he got into the no-huddle then he looked like last years Orton. Which I don't know if most of you know but if he hadn't got hurt or if our defense wasn't absolute horrible last year he would have thrown for five-thousand yards last season. I like are defense they looked great when everybody was actually in, but as soon as Dumervil and Bailey went out we gave up big plays. Watch the game again as painful as it was, against Oakland and you can see the intensity the Broncos brought on defense, the offense started clicking too late but they did click. If they get back this week look for us to dominant the Bengals. If not we will still win but in John Fox fashion a nail biter.

point is is that even though a lot of us knew orton would play poorly so to speak never even gave him a chance in the first place. Im just saying as a performer myself, it would be quite discouraging to walk out on stage after having prepared so hard only to hear my audience immediately boo me before I even opened my mouth Those are the kinds of things that make the once respected Bronco fanbase look childish and ignorant. I was just talking to a guy today who asked me why the Bronco fanbase is so bad. It was offensive to know that thats the perception of us nowadays
