On second down, Decker hauls in a short pass and picks up 4 yards. On third-down, Orton completes a deep back-shoulder pass to Lloyd for 23 yards down the left sideline. Orton’s first-and-goal pass for Lloyd falls incomplete. Decker is stopped for a short gain on second down. On third-and-goal, Orton’s pass for Decker is incomplete. Correction: It’ll always be not also.
alright to all u idiots who think yer bronco fans!! every single one of you are far from a fan, and dont have the slightest clue about football! every one of the executives, coaches, everyone can see that Kyle Orton is better!! he is a starter for a reason!! one mistake n u all dog on him like he destroyed the season! if tom brady threw ten interceptions, the fans would still be on his side n chanting him on and supporting him! do u really think orton can play with passion and to his full potential when his whole teams fans are chanting against him?? thats not team support n if u think that will improve his gameplay or our team overall. you are nothin but thick headed. and wanting to rid of fox after 4 games?? seriously. what a joke. all u “fans” want instant gratification. be realistic, not stupid. Orton is wayy ahead of tebow or quinn. if u can do it better n talk all this smack, go ahead n walk on to the training field n show what u got. if not give yer team sum support. i know if i were in ortons place all the negativity would not make me play better. and mr orange crusher up there^^ orton doesnt make the decisions its the coaches, they telll him to knee, then he will. use common sense instead of using every little excuse to bash orton. Orton is a great QB and i hate to see him leave but i hope he does go somewhere he will be appreciated and actually enjoy playing football. Tebow cant stay in the pocket, he always runs to the left, way to predictable. go ahead put him in, only to show all u idiots how thickheaded you are! ORTON YOU ARE THE MAN!!!!!!!
You surely got your nuts nestled in Orton’s neckbeard, don’t you ?……lol
Hey Deisel if Orton is the answer and the clear cut started then why haven’t the broncos given him a contract beyond this year??? Why were they trying to trade him to Miami??? The bottom line is Orton is gone at the end of the year and possibly Tebow is too. The team has to make sure Tebow can’t play, because if he goes somewhere else and succeeds then this organization will be in big trouble with Bronco Nation?
We gave up a lot for Tebow. Let’s see if he can play or not. We aren’t going to win with Orton or Tebow in there. You can agree with me there Deisel.
I just want to know why we would be 15 yards off on a kickoff from Mason Crosby who has only a monster leg with only 1 KO not a touch back this year. Not 2 say we would have won the game but the pick six and the screw up on the on kickoff is just sickning NO EXCUSE for that crap. It was nice to see DJ back in the mix, overall I thought he played well. Obviously we need Champ back ASAP, seemed like many of secondary was out of position and not sure what coverages were at times, but that was largely due to GB’s offense scheme i believe, wont see that again this year hopefully. I was impressed with Willhite as well. Last note, is it just me or does it seem like the opposition always gets away with offensive holding at the line more than we do?? Once again i saw atleast 3 times they should have called it on them but didnt. Really tired of the 1 sided calls on that over last 3 years. We got or butts kicked but come on thats getting old.
Wow dude you must not watch any games. Orton is terrible, he can barely make it happen when served to him on a platter (aka the flea flicker). As far as the critisism, that’s life of a quarterback, get used to it or get out. If he’s so great than why was Chicago so eager to get rid of him?
I’ve been a Broncos fan from the 1st game played at DU pioneer stadium and have been through ups & downs throughout, but this new coach Fox was a looser in Carolina and he is doing the same in Denver. I used to hate McDaniels but he won more than Fox is. John Elway was one of the greatest QB’s but as a VP he is questionable he hired Fox. Tebow is the future of the Broncos and needs to have the experience now not in the future. Hopefully Fox will start listening to the fans and Let Tebow start since Orton has shown he is just a QB not a great one.
Ortons a “great quarterback” Diesel ?? WOW I thought he played ok but come on dude ….serious….??? How good do you think Brady or Manning or Rivers are?
Yeah, Green Bay got away with a ton of calls, they always do at Lambeau. Just salt in the wound..
well, everyone is entitled to thier opinion. In my opinion, we all root for the current roster to win. I just think that this game really shows us how far off the mark we are and just how good Araon Rodgers is. The defense has improved a lot from last year. The offense is what it was last year plus a better runner in McGahee.
Dennis Allen needs to spend a little more time on a plan for improving our secondary. Seriously, it is darn close to time to start thinking about coaching up these guys for next year and stop having illusions of gettting to the playoffs this year. I am sure the veterans dont want to hear that. I don’t want to accept it either.
And I suppose that would include our QB.
Until then, I will continue to root and cheer for whatever roster is on the field. IMO
Orton only has a contract for this year cause that what McD gave him. less or more, doesnt matter. look at vick, hes nothin but a beeotch. if fans were doin this to him, he would leave n go hide in a hole. orton knows everyone hates him, wants him gone, but yet hes still out there playing trying his hardest to win games to try to win the respect he deserves. at this point hes playing more for the fans to try to please them. he could care less bout his numbers, thats why hes throwin interceptions, trying to make eye catching flaunty plays to try to look like your “perfect” QB everyone wants him to be. go in front of thousands of people booing you n see how u perform. im sure it helps people. haha yea right.
hey Deisel, Talk about a lousy Broncos fan maybe you should be on Fox’s fan so we can get rid of you too. You’re Orton should go somewhere else and if possible you should go too and root for him
I felt like Allen’s scheme was handcuffed due to playing against Rogers, I actually have like his schemes so far, except for a brief time against Cinncy i thought they should have blitzed more on firstdown going against Dalton and company.
I am going to make a point about Kyle Orton’s game for all of you. I thought Kyle Orton was the most accurate quarterback we had. Well let me tell you that flea flicker pass was one of the worst passes I have ever seen in an NFL game. Brandon LLoyd was open by 15 yards at the 5 yard line. You have to really try to not score a touchdown to throw such a lame duck. Then the horrible thing is Kyle Orton’s second pick was again an underthrown ball to Brandon Lloyd that should have been a TD. Everyone keeps saying Tebow can’t make NFL throws, well guess what folks Kyle Orton can’t make NFL throws either. OBVIOUSLY!!!!
There is only one kind of fans I don’t like:
THE FANS WHO TELL OTHER FANS HOW TO BE FANS.
the whole league hasnt figured out what to do with the Packers 5 wr set yet, obviously we didnt either
It is equivalent to telling me I am un-American when I don’t like my local, county, state, and federal government representatives. It is the very same and equally disgusting and an ill conceived notion. The difference between football and government is that at least I can vote out the politicians I don’t like. Their is no vote for the NFL, so the only feedback is through voicing opinion against the powers that be. It is freedom of speech and does not make you un or anti anything related to the Denver Broncos.
Deisel do you not think Orton wants a long term deal????? That’s why he wouldn’t go to Miami. He wants a deal but the Denver Broncos aren’t going to give it to him because they know he is a journey man back-up.
There hope for this year was to be competitive to win back the fans. Unfortunately, it is back firing because the one thing Kyle Orton is good at supposedy, (not turning the ball over) he is failing at.
Orton will be a back-up next year. Trust that Deisel.
Actually Kyle Orton did run for a whole. He asked the Denver Broncos to put him on the trade block in the 2010 off season. In 2011 he once again asked and this time was placed on the trade block. By his wishes, not the organization.
He quite the fans long before the majority of us were calling for his head. And the saddest part of it all, he cares not one once for you either.
Decker should be our #2, Royal should be full time KR PR. Demariyus should get his hurt *** off the sidelines and help out, I mean seriously man that guy should be embarrassed. Our #1 pick last year and what has he done. How come no one talks about him being a bust?
And Deisel you may be right. Maybe Tebow can’t play. Then I don’t care what the hell Elway says, I hope they lose out and we get a quarterback like Andrew Luck or Landry Jones.
By the way if Elway ever reads this I love what you did for the Broncos as a player, but now you are an executive and I will judge you as such.
suck for luck already!
The organization must think / know Tebow is bad, they could shut up alot of people by playing him. If they are correct on their assesment of Tebow and he stinks the joint up, they would be happy to be able to say “we told you so” then start Horton again, but we all know theres alot more to it than that
White Tiger. Trust me when I say that Kyle Orton will go anywhere he can be a starter and he can get paid. And I would love to know what teams you think are in the market for a Kyle Orton White Tiger. Tell me one.
crazy as it looks after today but I dont think there is anyway we get Andrew Luck, we will win atleast 5, 6 games this year. that wont be enough unless we trade with the Rams or Panthers or something
anyway i definately cannot win this battle! 1 VS all!! but one thing for sure is Orton is tough, and he is the best since elway, maybe not the answer but is the worker for now! and broncchick im glad yer not totally disagreeing lol, but im sure he will want out and go somewhere he is wanted, he played better last year, wayy better cause he actually had some support! but tebow isnt starting QB ready. if he ws he would be in. thats why Bowlen pays coaches n executives HUGE money to be able to spot out at least can be the starting QB for the best chance to win. and elway being in im kinda thinkin he has a good idea who the ideal starter should be!
I actually made the case that he was so bad, that nobody wanted him. So telling you one, doesn’t seem to be productive to my argument or counter productive for that manner.
The way Cutler’s playing maybe the Bears will want Orton back…j/k
well he is who we thought he was!!! lol
ask yourself… all fans.
If Tim Tebow had been starting right now and not Kyle Orton, would you put up with the limp arm interceptions? Failing to look of his first read, fumbling the ball with no pressure?
I wouldn’t, not even for a second year QB with 3 games a rookie and a lock out off seasons. So, why would a seven year QB get that benefit?
If Tebow played like Orton has these first four games, all the Ortinites would be shouting from the rooftops, “told you he was not an NFL QB!” and ya’ll know that’s the truth.
Tiger here is a look at the league. You tell me where Orton is going to be traded where he can start?????
Oakland Raiders – Happy with Campbell I am sure over Orton.
Kansas City – Matt Cassel
San Diego – Philip Rivers
Jets – Mark Sanchez
Patriots – Do I have to explain????
Bills – Ryan Fitzpatrick looks like the man!!!
Miami – Already passed on your boy White Tiger
Houston Texans – Matt Shaub
Indianapolis – Peyton Manning and will probably be able to draft a QB this year.
Jacksonville – Blaine Gabbert is younger, more athletic and shows promise. This team is rebuilding.
Tennesse – Jake Locker waiting in the wings while Matt Hasselback plays (better than Orton)
Baltimore – Joe Flacco
Cleveland – Colt McCoy
Cinci – Andy Dalton looks to have a future for the time being.
Steelers – Big Ben
Giants – Eli Manning
Eagles – Mike Vick
Redskins – Could have made a move for Orton, but didn’t. Currently, they are starting SEXY rexy who started over Orton in Chicago by the way. He was his back-up.
Cowboys – I don’t love him, but Romo is twice the QB that Orton is and can make plays.
Chicago – Cutler is a lot better than Orton. Whooops!!!!!
Lions – Stafford….. Really??????
Packers – Do we have to go there.
Minnesota – They have their future QB on the bench.
Atlanta – Matt Ryan. He is the man.
Tampa Bay – Boy I kind of wish we would have drafted Josh Freeman instead of Robert Ayers.
Saints – Drew Brees
Carolina – Cam Newton. Not bad so far.
Arizona – Got their man from Phili. Pretty good QB. No room for Orton.
Seahawks – They are drafting someone this year and they didn’t want your boy Tiger.
Rams – Bradford
49ers – Alex Smith looks better than Orton for God Sakes!!!!!!
Everybody knows when we went 6-0 two years ago that those were the luckiest scummy wins a team could ever have. I’m still shocked we couldn’t make the playoffs after going 6-0 but Orton has shown me that he has the ability to unravel a good thing and consistently shoot this team in the foot at opportune times. Today was an obivious loss, but the raiders and titans games were all Orton!
Make an argument for Orton, don’t bash people not being fans. Even in the response to your first comment, I never questioned you being a fan, your just another fan with a different opinion on who should be the Denver Broncos QB1.
I make it personal because I am a fan and it is personal to me.
lol at Broncochick 1,
you got the wrong handle or mixed me up with someone else.
But I am feeling fiesty, I will be the devil’s advocate if you want.
ya, if orton throws a poor pass its…” see he puts it where only his receiver can catch it!” If Tebow does it its ” see we told you his accuracy was suspect!! …… seriously? Panzy! Kyle “the turtle” Orton. ….. Come on coach! You want to win put Tebow in!!
You may not like Orton White Tiger, but acting like the Broncos were just obliging Orton on his trade requests are ridiculous as there is no market for the guy in the league. He is making $9,000,000 and he is a $1,000,0000 quarterback at best.
It’s time to get Tebow in, write off the season, and if he can’t play then we draft our guy.
AMEN “broncochic1″…. preach it sister!!
Agree broncochick, and draft a RB too, Moreno sucks! (what happened to that guy?) he’s like a new born deer out on the field.
I don’t want Tebow because I think he is better than Orton. I want him to play because this team is not going anywhere and I want to know what he can do before the draft next year.
I love the Broncos, but they are a very bad team.
I was getting ready for the draft cause when I heard orton was the best qb I thought it must be april fools. Lol
The person to blame is Pat Bolen. He fired Shanny and hired Mc D and Xman and did nothing as they traded away all the talent and gave draft picks away like candy on halloween and missed on almost every draft pick. then he hires Elway to get the fans back but hires one of the most vanilla coaches out there. We have a few good players cuz oif all the mistakes made during the McD era and we will look bad for atleast 2 more yrs.Today was embarassing and we will have more games like this until we address the Dline.Miller is a stud but he cannot do it alone.
That’s exactly what the Broncos did. Kyle Orton requested to be traded twice. They put him on the block in 2011 and it failed. What more is there to say?
What are the chances of Fox being fired this year?
Fox will get three years.
There is not much talent on the roster. They will pick a QB in the first round next year. Then we see if this EFX thing will work.
Did Marcus Thomas get on the field today , dont remember seeing him out there now that i think of it??
Nothing WhiteTiger except the contract signed by JMAC and Kyle Orton was a huge mistake for our organization and it was also possibly a major mistake to trade all those picks for Tim Tebow. However, we haven’t assessed that yet as he hasn’t played enough. It’s time for someone in the front office to make a tough decision and live with the consecquences. We are a bad football team and I’m not sure there is ‘a best chance to win in Denver’ this year. So bench Orton and let him go at the end of the year.
Now I am not one of you Tebow Maniacs who thinks Tim is going to be a hall of fame quarterback. I just want to see if he has anything to offer this franchise from the quarterback position. If not then trade him to Jacksonville so he can become their wildcat quarterback and sell a ton of jerseys and tickets to their games, and let us draft a franchise quarterback. Trust me after watching today we will be in position to take one of the top QB’s on the board.
JOHN FOX IS KYLE ORTONS GREATEST PROPONENT..
Fox and Orton and McCoy all come from the opionon that “you play to not lose the game”.
We need a coach who is cut from the cloth ” you play to win the game”.
Erinc Studesville already had us on the way to improvement before they hired the older version of Josh McDaniels to come in and continue our decent into the abyss…
Think about it, all Fox has done is just give his opinion as to who we should draft and hire and sit on the sideline chewing gum and listening in his headset to McCoy try to run the stolen McDaneils offense with the same exact results and then give us the same exact excuses……
Keep telling all the players that it’s their fault and not Ortons or McCoys and we’ll see how much longer that locker stays under the control of SNEAKY FOX….
To be honest Orange Crush I personally think Josh McDaniels had much better offensive schemes and play calling during games. I just think he was horrible in his personnel decisions. Actually, he was worse than horrible it was catastrophic. That being said John Fox is too conservative for me and he does coach to ‘not lose’. Did anyone watch the Packers today??? The Super Bowl Champion Packers??? Did they play to ‘not lose’ to Denver??? No I’m pretty sure on their first drive they went for it on 4th down, and didn’t convert. Then they kicked on onside kick after being up by 2 TD’s. The Packers are a team that has their foot on the gas within a game just like the Patriots. That’s part of the reason those teams are where they are and the Broncos are where they are.
Do we remember the 97 – 98 Broncos?
Did they play to ‘not lose’??
You guys seem to think that all we need is a new QB and new coach … truth is, our talent level is subpar – not up to top-half of the league standards … go position by position and see if that’s not right … how many of our starters would have started for GB today?? … maybe 3 or 4 … some of our players are young, and have potential, but most are cast-offs and/or has-beens … sad to say … Decker and Lloyd probably would make any team … Clady, too … and Miller … but who else?? … don’t say Doom – he’s only the “stud” he is because he’s on our team … has he come near a QB yet this year??? … so blame it all on Orton – who honestly makes me shudder sometimes, but then turns around and leads a drive into the end zone – but he’s not the problem … if we had ANY kind of a defense, he’d be able to overcome a lot of his mistakes … our defense SUCKS … not ONCE today did an interior lineman for us beat his offensive counterpart … not one of our DL got beyond the line of scrimmage … it’s sickening …
