If it wasnt for the winning streak last year we prolly would have been as bad as this year. McD has already set us back enough, I dont think people understand how much one more year can damage this franchise. He doesnt know how to utilize talent, His draft a sub par, He cant motivate his troops, he is losing, we never seem prepared...lord this man should have been fired long ago. He trades picks like they are baseball cards. Like it or not, McD was brought in to win now. Thats what he sold Bowlen on. Not rebuilding. And he himself has said a million times they are not rebuilding. Cleary not rebuilding cuz rebuilding is made up of dismantling and building stronger....all we have done is be dismantled. The guy is a joke as a HC and should remain a permanent OC until he can acquire a less one sided point of view. And the whole cheating thing is so obvious its not worth mentioning. not the reason he should get fired but woulda been the straw that broke the camels back if i was in a hiring/firing position. This is however just my opinion. Like many said, Fire McD, Xanders, Tuten, Get a new experienced GM, let him do the hiring, get a better DC if possible and gets a better OL coach that specializes in the ZONE blocking scheme, cuz we are the Zone blocking broncos, we practically made it famous...and this power system has been a failed experiment for the most part.
