Aramadillo calm down , brother. I support Tebow just as much as you do and I despise the analysis of these "experts" who don't bother to look past "the numbers" and see what's really going on. But Fox is not trying to set Tebow up to fail. That is ridiculous. Those throws are low percentage yet HIGH reward plays that are a perfect compliment to the the running game. And they are also low risk considering they do it from a spot on the field where a turnover is equal to a punt from good field position. Tim's confidence is just fine as is the staffs confidence in him. I am fully behind Fox, McCoy and the rest of the staff from here on out. I was clamoring to see those bubble screens and short outs just as much as anybody else, but now I realize I should leave the play calling to the play callers. Now that they are accomplishing THEIR philosophy we are winning games.

The funny thing is that we are trying to throw deep, when we lack deep threats. I think Decker would be a beast in the slot. As a QB it is extremely difficult to hit a slower receiver deep because you can't lead him far. Decker can't run under the deep pass, so Tebow either has to throw it dead on (or he comes up slightly short). We need to find a tall guy with some speed (D.thomas isn't the guy right now. he is clearly running slow which is to be expected after hurting his achilles). Mike Sims-Walker would have been a nice pick-up... There has to be a cat somewhere on a teams pratice squad we could grab. ( I would look at N. Orleans & Dallas for help). Xanders please think outside the box and find us some help. The irony is that even if we found the help, Fox wouldn't use them.
Fox you have a chance to make history if you take us to the playoffs, make the most of your chance. In life we have the biggest regrets when we pass up opportnuties of risk, that could produce greatness. FOX learn to take some risks.. Life is too short to coach scared. You only have one life to live, so get aggressive and take life by the horns. What do you have to lose? If you get aggressive and we lose ,then you and Elway get your QB in the draft. But, if you get agressive and win? Then all the media will gush over you, and you will get some cash and an extention on your contract. Come on FOX take a chance. And Xanders can you spend a few days and focus ON THIS SEASON right now, instead of flying all over America checking out Pac-10 scrub QB's. Remember they don't play defense in the PAC, how did you Boy Luck do against Oregon? In the SEC, Luck would be another average QB. SO Xanders enough with the QB search, and get in gear and find us a RB & a DEEP THREAT WR right now please. We are in the playoff hunt right now. I mean come on man.

That one move kind od told me that our passing game was going out the window no matter how well someone improved. Very dumb move/trade or whatever they called that.

Agreed, letting Lloyd go for a conditional 5th was dumber than a bag of hammers and not securing Riley after letting Lloyd go was the icing on that crap cake, will have a bad taste in my mouth about all that for a long time.

good point risky305. Our receivers need to make plays. But they can't. We have to put them in positions according to their strengths. Royal likes being the number 2 outside WR. Let's move him back there. D. Thomas needs more time to heal. It's clear. Dallas went out and found L. Robinson on the street. There are guys to be found. You (Xanders) just have to look. It's like they are not even trying to find players to fill our needs right now. Buckhaulter is out there, let's go get him.. Find a receiver, any, so we can limit D. Thomas.
Our team is playing hard, so now is time for management to find a player that can help out team in it's playoff push. & we should have never let B. Lloyd go. NEVER.. & Yes I still miss E. Riley..
