		<description>I see your point, but the fact is most of those guys were character issues... that they took a flier on and have never relied on as contributors...   Haynes and Ocho for sure...  Moss did awesome there...

Football mastermind yes, draft genius, not so much.. Of course he&#039;s had some hits, like everyone, but if you look at the percentage of success when looking at the number of picks, it&#039;s nothing to write home about. 

To confirm this point, take a look at all the FA&#039;s they&#039;ve had to sign: Hayneswoth, Moss, Lloyd, Chad Johnson, etc, etc.. If he was such a draft genius he wouldn&#039;t need those FA signings like the Giants, Steelers, and Packers</description>
