I see your point, but the fact is most of those guys were character issues… that they took a flier on and have never relied on as contributors… Haynes and Ocho for sure… Moss did awesome there…

Branch was his pick… Superbowl MVP that they got a ransom for and then got him back!!!

Football mastermind yes, draft genius, not so much.. Of course he’s had some hits, like everyone, but if you look at the percentage of success when looking at the number of picks, it’s nothing to write home about.

To confirm this point, take a look at all the FA’s they’ve had to sign: Hayneswoth, Moss, Lloyd, Chad Johnson, etc, etc.. If he was such a draft genius he wouldn’t need those FA signings like the Giants, Steelers, and Packers

BB has had GREAT success in the draft, but he knows how to keep his Ammo up… (Seymour for a first) etc, etc… he has a higher percentage of picks that make it than almost anyone… it’s why he still has the same job…
