The Broncos have signed defensive lineman Justin Bannan, the team announced on Wednesday.
Bannan, who played for Denver during the 2010 season, has totaled 303 tackles, 6.5 sacks, one interception, 10 passes defensed, four forced fumbles and one fumble recovery in 144 career appearances.
He has spent time with Buffalo (2002-05), Baltimore (2006-09), Denver (2010) and St. Louis (2011) after being selected in the fifth round of the 2002 draft by the Bills.
Bannan made 32 tackles last season for the Rams in 15 games played (14 starts). He has played at least 15 games in each of the past five seasons.
As a 16-game starter with the Broncos in 2010, Bannan made 35 tackles to go with one sack, four pass breakups and one forced fumble.
A four-year starter at the University of Colorado, Bannan finished his college career with 158 tackles and eight sacks, earning first-team All-Big 12 Conference honors as a senior.

See the way i was raised is To have respect you gotta show it. I will respect those who respect me. BFE came out and first thing calls me a punk. Thats not respect so he isnt going to get respect in return. FTR posting that everyone needs to get over it isnt respect either. Just cause they are older doesnt mean they deserve respect no matter what they do.
Strand I mean no disrespect to you and I didnt to BFE until he called me a punk and a snot nosed wet behind the ears know it all. Strand I have no issue with anyone on here. I have had a great many arguments with many on here (LAX BT OT Tide and yourself to name a few) and I showed my respect to all of them (Except Tide who i referred to as old and senile to which if i havnt apologized before I apologize now) but once someone starts to get pissy towards my thoughts on their disrespect to me (FTR) or starts showing disrespect to me by name calling (BFE) I wont show respect. Its a two way street. You cant expect it just because of your age. You can say that its whats wrong with youth but I was taught that by my grandfather so age doesnt deal with it. As he was 70+ years old when he taught me that.
In fact FTR blew things out of hand. He came on here saying people need to get over it. Which I felt he was targeting me because I said Miller and other players are big supporters of Tebow. So i took offense to what he had said by telling all us Tebow supporters to get over it and that hes the past. So i brought up that people talk about other former Broncos (both retired and still playing) and he started to get pissy with me. When all i was doing was stating my opinion and views about the disrespect of his statement.
Also about BFE he jumped on me without properly reading what I had said or the article saying that they want Manning over Tebow. Which I never said they didnt just that they support Tebow still. Had BFE actually read that article and watched the video he would know that Miller was excited about Manning but he is a strong supporter of Tebow to do well in NY. BFE has always taken what I say and bent it to however he wants just to attack me. As last night wasnt the first time.
I dont see your point of me starting days after baylinocrush left. Yea I did. It was a matter of timing. I found these blogs in 2006 (hence the 06 in my handle) yet i got busy and sidetracked dealing with my alcoholic father who owns a bar and a recovering meth addict mother. LAX Im not hanging on to Tebow. In fact i have actually thrown my full support behind Manning. As i did the day Tebow was traded. In fact I was not the one to say I would root for Tebow over the Broncos.
However I post one thing about how Von Miller and some other players still support Tebow BFE blows it up saying I said something I didnt say and now im just a Tebow lover again. Not once did i say any of those players dont want Manning at QB i said they support Tebow. Huge difference there and BFE thought I was saying something I had never said.
Mike Wallace isnt getting any interest as a RFA but instead the Steelers are getting a lot of trade interest for Wallace. On April 16th Wallace will be apart of the Steelers as that is the end of RFA period and then can be traded.

Strand yet again I showed neither BFE nor FTR any disrespect until they showed it to me. What FTR had said was very disrespectful to me. Yet I still didnt show his disrespect instead I said that he shouldnt be telling people to get over it as there are many who support him. I think today the word “respect” gets thrown around loosely and in doing so it renders the actual meaning of it useless. In this arbitrary world of “ones” and “zeros” that we reside in this blog respect can’t really be shown or accepted. What we can do is try to incorporate/accept/reject different opinions and ideas while acting civil towards one another. Now I don’t know if that translates into “respect” but I think we can all agree that acting civil is the first step. Quite honestly, not to be a jackwagon, but I don’t have any “respect” for any of you becaue I have no idea who all of you are, and if I don’t know who you are as a person I can’t respect or disrepsect you for your keystrokes on a keyboard, smartphone, or tablet.

Very good point Brian. A while back I said to someone that I dont care if i lost respect from someone on here because this is a blog and I have the respect of those who know me in person.
Just to be a devils advocate though there are some on here who I do respect because of some late night talks we have had about our lives. LAX Daddybronc SW and BT (who throughs a lot of his cattle talk into the blog) are some.

AB, I respect your comments and you, seeing as im younger than you, and I also see where you are coming from with your point of view, but FTR did nothing but say that he is an not our QB, so why are we talking about him. I hope you don’t take this wrong, but everyone has an opinion. I really hope Bay isn’t reading this exchange, though he probably is, because it is not what we should be doing on here. Insulting people, showing disrespect from the three of you. No offense to anyone, but we are all Denver Broncos fans and we are on here to talk about our beloved Broncos, not to talk smack and take offense to being told to get over something. This is kind of embarrassing. It makes us look bad to other fans from other teams on here.
Champbrandon2484 I am NOT attacking you just to make sure you dont think I am. I do get that Tebow is not our QB. Had he left it at that I wouldnt have responded. The addition of “Get over it” is what got to me. Now everyone is mistaking that I was worshiping Tebow and constantly talking about him which isnt the case. I said one thing about Tebow. I said Miller and other players support Tebow in NY. Then everyone goes and takes that as I hate Manning and that Tebow is better than him. Which I dont believe and never said. They also said that by me saying those players support them that i said they dont want Manning adn want Tebow which is something else i didnt say.
