Team photographer Eric Lars Bakke has been working with the Broncos for 26 years. His photography blog will serve as a unique look from the perspective of an NFL photographer, periodically updating the site with tales from the sidelines, some of his favorite photos and the stories behind them.
For all of us, the year 2010 will go down as a memorable one for certain. We all had our joys and our sorrows; our struggles and our accomplishments.
And for Denver Bronco fans the year didn’t turn out as they had hoped or envisioned. The season is nearing an end and yet there is promise. Remember, there will be a tomorrow and there DEFINITELY will be more orange and blue sunsets.
As we close out this calendar year, I would like to share some of my favorite moments from the sidelines around the NFL following the team.
In looking forward to 2011, be patient, be loyal and remember these words from the great Vince Lombardi:
“We would accomplish many more things if we did not think of them as impossible.”
Happy New Year to All.

Happy New Year pics!!! Thank you.
Love the look on McBean’s pic, too bad he can’t bring that intensity to his game.
Careful Tebow, it looks as if you could pop a vein!
haha, its funny, one time my bro was like “Man Tebow is too buff, that doesn’t make any sense, he is not a QB” (not a tebow believer) but after seeing the last pic in this album, man, he is built like a straight up linebacker lol. Happy New Years Eric, All the Bloggers, Cheerleaders, Commenters, and fans of broncos country (and the players and staff too) … Hope you guys have a great 2011. TRB out…
Happy New Year Broncos Country!!!!
Hey baylin, you avoiding my earlier question? Haha. Just havin some fun!
These are some GREAT PICS! Happy New Year to you and everyone!
Nice pictures Eric. You now how to catch the moment. Once again, Happy New Year Everybody!!
sndvl, last time I engaged that sort of question I had a three day argument on my hands in the last Rice blog, I’m not that much of a masochist so I igonred it in purpose and still do, LOL. How I will enjoy Sunday’s game is my business, haha.
Nice acrobatic catch by Thomas against the Colts. Hopefully Bay Bay can have a great Sophmore year next year and stay healthy also. He got the potential.

Studesville will officially be considered…
I like having a fullback for a quarterback.
I’m miss the days of “orange crush” defense. We need a neutral minded head coach would will address the needs of the team without bias. We need a happy new year! Go Broncos!
For those who care and who can, watching the second half of the Meineke Bowl on ESPN right now with DE Bowers with Clemson, nothing great so far.
Well, that was awesome…
In the 4-3 he actually plays on both sides.
Haha!!! that’s too funny baylin. Well, imma gonna root for the win (in case it’s the last one til 2012). Chances are we will trade back for more picks. Plus, after 2 first round picks, in two consecutive years, and 3 coaches on the payroll, a top 3 pick may be more than the budget cares to dish out!!!! Just my take!
Rookie salary cap should be the big equalizer this year…
With the rookie salary cap this year the Broncos do not have to worry about the big bucks that use to come with that high of a pick over all. Those days are over.
Yeah the Rookie salary cap will put a stop to all the big money contracts,I like it,a player should prove his worth before signing a multi million dollar contract!
HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL OF BRONCOS COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
PARTY HEARTY,HAVE FUN,BUT BE SAFE!
BFE, I saw Stocker play last night. Awesome catch in endzone in OT. I like him.
Wow, those are some awesome pics!!! Love the one of Tebow at the end!! Makes my day! haha Haven’t seen a QB in Denver be so fired up about a game since I don’t when… oh yeah, (hint, hint) the great #7. Love the passion Tebow brings to this team. Can only get better from here on out.
Happy New Year Bronco Country! Will be a better 2011 for this organization.
GO BRONCOS!!!! Go get ‘em boys!!! Finish strong!
