Am I not correct in saying that Royal was grumbling last season and actually wanting out of Denver? I’m sure I read that somewhere.
I believe there were reports to that but Royal came out and said that he had never actually said he wanted out he loves the team coaches and organization and wants to remain a Bronco. I know that on Royals Facebook a day after those reports he said he doesnt want to leave.
You cant believe everything the media reports cause they often like to take words out of contrast.
Well Killer … Greatness let us know about what really happened. Apparently it was known that a receiver was gonna be traded … Royal thought himself the odd man out (no way they trade the starter lloyd, or their 2 recent draft picks) … so he asked to be traded. When he found out it was lloyd he was happy to stay. Royal loves being a Bronco … he interacts with the fans and holds more competitions and whatnot more than any other bronco I can really think off … the guy wants to stay here but im sure he wouldn’t mind playing elsewhere … especially on the east coast.
TRB
Well there you go. The actual story and not what this Alaskan with spotty news knows lol.
Hahahahah Killer I like that … ThebloggerformallyknownasTRB … I wonder what the length limit on blog names are lol. Yea man … the Beast was the truth … like our current number 15 … when the ball was in his hands … anything could happen. His Yac was what made me luv him. And him and Cutler woulda been Legendary I think. Royal too hasn’t had a QB of Cutlers caliber since he left. Cutler for all his annoying traits still had an arm … and when he wasn’t throwing INTs he could force the ball in any hole and make any throw. It is actually his overconfidence in his arm that gets him in trouble. Always trying to fit it even in the most impossible holes.
TRB
Cutler would also stare down his receivers. He had a nasty habit of that. Still does.
Yeah, my daughters friends with Eddie on FB. She does show some posts from time to time. Great kid, great attitude towards life.
Always doing something for the community and kids in the community.
Comes out to Red Rocks to workout and run the stairs. He’s definitely a fan favorite in Denver.
When he comes out to field punts, which is not always, the fans begin the chant of “Eddie, Eddie, Eddie”, much to the same tempo of “Rudy, Rudy” Rudy” from the move – Rudy.
He says he wants to stay, so will see what happens moving forward.
Thanks for link alaskan… looks like the same one Tide posted last night.
I didnt see Tide posted a link. My bad. Must of skimmed over it.
I would say try and bring Bell in if him and Tebow are working out together but Bell is very fumble prone.
Theres some nice FA QBs out there i like Garrard, Josh Johnson is a mobile QB. I would say Cambell but he will get good money somewhere same with VY. I also like McNabb too.
Oh – missed your post TRB….almost saying the same thing re: Eddie.
I have seen a few Mocks with Denver taking TE Fleener from Stanford. I must say i will be very unpleased if that comes around. Im pretty set on Cox Hightower or a trade.
Yea rbf. i should know too. i follow him on fb and twitter and always commenting.
They seem to think they know but they don’t … Broncos are dedicated to the D … Its either gonna be a big man or a CB … Hightower might have had a shot if it wasn’t for Irving … he still might if he is the best player on the board and they can’t trade down. But we can’t keep saying NEXT YEAR for DT … the time is NOWWWW
TRB
Wow i jsut heard that on average 1st round picks are out of the NFL after 4 years. WOW
No prob… glad to see TT is working out at UCLA. I was reading up on Mazzone..(sp), to see if he played in the NFL. I found that he played at college level and was UNM Lobos QB from 1975-79.
Just glad to see he had previous experience playing the position.
I dont see a 1st round CB i dont think a good one will be available. We cant sit and wait on Irvin. If Hightower is there we need to jump on him and get a DT at 57. (Ta’amu, Martin or Winn)
Yeah I forget you follow him twitter too TRB..lol.

Click on her name. She dont look like no 55 year old grandmother

Oakland will be in a very bad spot for the next to seasons…. Let’s hope we can kick them hard while they are down… I don’t feel sorry for them…
As far as a CB with a late first and early 2nd round grade, how about stephen gilmore … 6’1 193 great tackler, 4.4 speed and pretty good ball skills.
TRB
I was just about to post the same thing. Stephon Gilmore looks very good and maybe a bargain in the second.
Hey Guys… 12 days till FA starts…
BRING US SOME BEEEEF!!!!!
I think we trade out of the first round this year. We too low to get a sure bet anyway.
I would also be in favor of trading down this year for a 2nd and stock piling a teams NEXT YEAR second … thereby giving us 2 2nds next year. Start doing the patriot stock piling thing lol
TRB
We could get a good CB in the 3rd round.
I still think Cox, Hightower or a trade at 25. Get 33 for Martin and a DT at 57 if we get Hightower at 25. or Kendricks at 57 if we get Cox.
I still think a trade to the Eagles two 2nd round picks this year. 25 and Knowshow for 46 and 51 from the Eagles.
I think there are enough possibly great DT and CB players to pick one up in the second round. I also hear that Bart Scott is seeking a trade out of NY. He would be a great addition.
For the offense….O-line depth with Ryan Miller, free agent TE Fred Davis from the Redskins and draft Robert Turbine from Utah St. in a later round.
Bart Scott trade is highly unlikely he is set to get 4.2 mill this year. Teams wont want to have that on their pay roll i dont think. Thats a lot for a guy on a downhill spiral.
Fred Davis from the redskins would be a dream… but for now its more of a Pipe Dream. Cooley is done down their and Fred is a best. Shanny likes capable TEs .. he stays … altho I would trade a 2nd for him in a heartbeat.
TRB
I dont see Fred Jackson leaving the Redskins. Like you said Shanny likes TEs. I dont think they will let him go especially if they trade up for RG3 or get Tannehill.
Davis … Jackson is the RB in Buffalo … he would be great too but he aint leaving the bills lol.
TRB
Lol my bad lol I knew the name i just got done reading something about Jackson so thats what i typed lol.
I was reading some of the worst picks in NFL history lol without noticing i typed Jackson.
Fred Davis i dont see leaving the Redskins. The Redskins will get either RG3 or Tannehill. Theyll use their TEs to help progress the rookie QB
Fred Jackson wont go anywhere either. LOL
Thanks for catching that and telling me. I should proof read what i say more.
We all make mistakes…..just look at Josh McDaniels…
Lol McDaniels didnt make just mistakes……..he was a disaster!
I know, I shouldn’t use those kinds of words on this family blog……LOL….
I was having a good afternoon til I read that name……….still makes me SO ANGRY! He dismantled our team and put us 5 years behind the eightball. I guess all the TT fans should be thankful though that if it weren’t for McD he wouldn’t be a bronco right now. I still don’t know what he was thinking picking TT when he did………..
I’m not anti-tebow………I’m just not sold on the guy yet….for the record.
I didn’t know Baylin left the blogs, guess I’ve really been out of the loop here. What happened & why did he leave?? That’s huge…..
Can’t say I completely miss him… we never did get along very well when I was on here at the same time as he was.
Anyhoo, somebody fill me in!!! lol
I like Tebow. He needs to improve. Those wins wernt just him it was the Defense and Prater mostly. The D kept it close. With work however i think TT could be one of the greats of the game. He has the heart and leadership of a All-Pro. He just needs him game to get to that level. With work and more talent around him i think he can Succeed. Thats just my opinion. If he fails i will still like the guy for his views. He gets criticized for his beliefs. But many players are religious. Troy Polumalu is catholic and does the heart cross before every play and is praying every pray (so he has said) Dawkins is also for religious.
Morning 07Elway! He said he wasn`t having fun anymore.
Alright 007, what position should will fill with the #25 overall? Great mind want to know!
Hey strand… that’s interesting. Oh well, can’t be a blogger forever lol
Anything else I missed??
Great minds I meant. LOL
Probably a CB… we need another half for Champ. No one seems to keep up with him lol on our team or the opponents.
Everyone is ready for FA and the draft, same noise as last year, good noise though.
I`m so looking forward to FA.
SPECULGATE 2012!
07, you can check his retirement speech out if you go to Blogs and check out PERSONELL DEPARTMENT IN PREPARATION MODE 2-6-12 @ 2:08 My feelings are like yours, and I guess he felt the same about me oh-well have a nice day.
Hows your raider pal, you still giving him a hard time. LOL
Hey 07elway… there’s a couple of other female bloggers now… Tide Bronco and shaztah.
Yes, we need a CB to complement Champ bad.
And both know their stuff too.
