Tatas have been trying to make improvements all along their O-line. Plus offering him a guaranteed job afterwards with 7 figures. He went to UT. His wife is from Tennessee. The QB coach worked with Eli. Bud Adams used to give Archie paychecks. Some of the coaching staff worked with Archie. Plus they have a guy PM worked with in Indy. He has the right attitude to be a Bronco and has played for the most part injury free his entire career. He can mentor the youngsters on and off the field.
