I agree with sndvl on the Tebow issue. A few days ago, Quinn got a lot of reps with the 1st team O and Tebow has yet to do that. Quinn may be 2nd on the depth chart by Saturday.

Personnally, I think Tebow was a great "running" college quarterback surronded by a lot of the best NCAA football players out there and they, underline THEY, won the BCS Championship. Not many running quarterbacks have EVER made it big in the NFL. Tebow has a shot because of his tremendous drive, but Elway and Fox know that it is NOT Tebow Time.

BAY: I agree with you about old Mile High Stadium. Those days were alot of fun, being rowdy & drinking alot of beer. I went to acouple of games at Investco & it didn't feel the same. I am from Colorado but had to move to Ca. back in 1977. Sure wish I was back in Colorado. Your right about the Corporate a__h____. They never stay seated to watch the game. They are always getting up to go get something to eat. If they want to eat why don't they go to damn restaurant & sip their wine there.

I think you need the blue"chill"pill armadillo.
Orton is our starter. For now! Deal with it.
Matter of fact, it looks like Tebow is fighting for the backup position. I'd be more concerned he winds up #3, than if he starts opening day.

Just sayin

ORTON WARNING
Let’s get excited for marginal football with Orton flopping around on the ground. He’s in a contract year. Do you really think he is going to lay his body on the line for a win? I don’t think so. Did you watch the Cowboy's game? Pass rusher coming off the edge in his face, Orton throws ball into players arms. Please. Why are we wasting time with him when he is a free agent after this season? That is insane. I would rather roll with Quinn since he's in his last year and we need to know whether or not he's a keeper. If Quinn fails then we roll with Tebow. If they both fail we trade up and get LUCK or the next favorite qb flavor of the month. Face it Kyle will go 6-10 or 7-9 at best. Then what do we do? I know what fox would do, he will resign that piece of trash so we can keep spinning our wheels in the sand. That is insane. That is what cost Romeo Crennel his job in Cleveland. How about Miami? How about all the other teams that keep rolling out average qb's scared to go against the grain. Remember Jimmy Johnson? He went to Dallas cleaned house and started some young players that turned into greatness. He suffered his 1st year, but they grew up. I would rather go 1-15 and build a foundation for greatness than 6-10 with a house built on the sand of mediocrity. Let's find out what Quinn and Tebow can do NOW. Rather than lose one or both of then next year. WAKE UP FANS. Don't fall for all the win now nonsense, Orton is not the guy. I know you are all on the bandwagon but let's keep it real. TRADE ORTON NOW!!!!! PLAY QUINN/TEBOW!!!!! Let's build greatness, and not end up like Cleveland. Orton is playing for a contract. He will not lay his body on the line. DO WE REALLY WANT TO WATCH THAT? Hasn't the past 2 years have been enough? Please give me the REDPILL and wake me from this madness.

@armadillo_orton Nice post fellow fan. The media is comprised of biased liars and subjective morons. Yesterday they were all about how great Cam Newton is despite his awkward mechanics, slow reads and accuracy problems... sound familiar? But he is great right? Remember the praises about Jamarcus, and of course the ones in your post? Fact of the matter is, no one can predict the future and this is a best guess scenario. No one gave 2 cents for TD, they wouldn't even THINK of drafting Rod Smith and of course, Sharpe was too small to play TE and too slow to play WR.... Thank you for posting YOUR opinion and standing by it.

There's nothing wrong with the guys having a little fun while also working very hard;Fox is strong enough that he can afford some lax rules unlike the last %#$@!@#$ with the Napolean complex . The naming of the stadium is also a good thing,I never once called it Invesco,it is always Mile High but we need the home field (best in the league) advantage back. The more money Pat Bowlen can earn gives more leeway on spending. If we haven't had real poor luck with injuries it sure seems that we have.Sure, we know how many GB had, that just makes it worse that they are so deep they could afford it. In my little world of Bronco colored glasses I think both Warren and Thomas could come back healthy and in the meantime their replacements have gotten that much better. It is possible you can't be sure till the swelling goes down (I had the pectoral rip from an egg beater on a diamond trail at Deer Park,I didn't get proper care and it's permanently weaker ).Go Broncos!!

About our cap #s- I won't be mad if Bowlen doesn't spend it. We've had way too many FA busts. That trend has been going on for too long. Depending on the severity of Ty Warrens injury, you can add another name to the list of Dale Carter, Daryl Gardner, Travis Henry, Jamal Williams, Jarvis Green, Sam Adams just to name a few.
Id rather see that money spent on Clady and others who are on our team. Instead of watching them walk the likes of Ryan Harris, Dominique Foxworth, Reggie Hayward, Bertrand Berry and Justin Bannan.
As far as the 8 dollar beers at the stadium! Since I won't be spending any money on them this season- it gives me plenty of time to save for next year. That way I'll be able to afford 4 or 5 next season!
