On the field, wide receivers Eric Decker and Demaryius Thomas have joined forces to emerge as one of the NFL’s most dangerous receiving duos. The pair ranks second in the league with 1,163 combined yards through Week 8 this season.
Off the field, they’re making their impact felt in the Denver community.
The third-year wideouts are teaming up to raise money for Uncork for a Cause, a event that will benefit Judi’s House, which helps children and families that are grieving the death of a loved one find hope and healing within themselves.
The event will be held at 7 p.m. MST on Nov. 28 at Four Seasons Hotel in Denver and is centered around release party for Judi’s House 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon. Guests will also enjoy an enticing menu specially prepared by Executive Chef Simon Purvis and Four Seasons’ award-winning kitchen, plus an auction packed with local and national sports items, fine wine lots and VIP tours from many of California’s elite producers. Tickets are available to purchase at UncorkforaCause.com.
Founded by former Broncos quarterback Brian Griese and his wife, Dr. Brook Griese, Judi’s House is a tribute to Brian’s mother, Judi, whom he lost to breast cancer when he was 12. As Brian grew up grieving this loss, he made a commitment to use his resources to positively impact grieving children. At Judi’s House, an environment of acceptance and understanding allows children and adults in grief support groups to share the experience of loss with others.

Remember a great moment for this franchise that hopefully will turn into a good omen for Sunday:
We got Stokley back just in time for him to return to the scene of the “miracle deflection” game.
If the game comes down to another “miracle deflection” they’ll be triple teaming Stokely! haha
Great example of hard work meets talent.Go Broncos!!
