Sndvl and TRB were thinking the same thing i was watching the GB game. What if we had PP? I dont really think it would matter. Our D has alot of holes and I have been impressed with Miller's performance so far. I think he has panned out to be an excellent choice so far.

I dont think the season is lost just yet. We are a poor team at the moment but 3 of the 4 games this season were close. Problem is our schedule isnt getting any easier. As killerkod said we need to evaluate the talent of our roster from top to bottom. We are not going to be a playoff team and we are obviously rebuilding so lets see who we want to keep around and put our best foot forward. We have several players who might turn out like Decker...they just need there shot.

Think this week is gonna be ugly.

Prediction 38-13 Chargers

Broncfalls, that might have something to do with it since you are talking a bunch of money, but I'm not convinced that is completely driving the train. I suspect a great deal of it is he isn't their guy, they didn't choose him, he doesn't "look" like what they want at QB, and they plan to get "their" guy one way or the other. There was a discussion a couple of blogs back where I said they have a Tebow problem. The only way they can get out of it is not play him. If he plays and succeeds, they never get their guy. If he plays and fails, he has absolutely no trade value and they have lost millions. So they sit him on the bench, hope they can get something decent in the future by convincing somebody else to take a chance on an unknown commodity and try for "their" guy next year. Great plan if it works, other than the fact that your team is another year older and you are another year behind in rebuilding!

HH7 that would be fantastic.

Henryac lmao @ anti fun govt

I hear that SNDVL ... but pass rush helps against the pass too but not when Rodgers is never phased. Von is getting the Job done and I think he is outplaying PP so far ... altho PP i think already contributing to D and Return. But unfortunately there maybe another great pass rusher next year, but I doubt there will be another CB with as much potential as PP next year. We will see. TRB

I agree with all of you. They love to play with O.P.M., but when it comes to what the O.P. want to see, it is lame excuses. I just wish there was some way the O.P. in this equation learned how to keep their Money in their pocket. Then the decision makers might pull up these blogs and read them to listen to the O.P., or drive by and look up at the billboard, or go to just about any coffee shop, restaurant, bar, or any other gathering place and just sit and listen to what people have to say. It may be one thing to tell people all of this garbage they are spreading, but my friends, if they loose the support of the fan base, they are in BIG trouble. That is one reason that you are seeing these other teams changing their qb's right now that are inn the same shoes we are in.
Maybe it is time for us to stop listening to generic, scripted, answers.

Question to consider....... Who would want Tebow without first seeing what he can do on the field?

Honestly, the Broncos are killing themselves on two fronts 1. not playing tebow and finding out what we may have in the kid or 2. not playing tebow and finding out what he has that others may want. unless the plan is to keep him and find out later and just eat it with Orton, hoping he does want gone at the end of the season. in which case, I'm guessing if that is it we'll see Tebow sometime around week 12 again.

henryac,

Great points you make! Not sure I even have a follow up thought for ya! LOL!

So let me ask you this quick question. Do you think it is more of a "don't show your hand" at play here?

I know some on here have talked about escalators and such. Do you think that's where it sits? I got to tell you it better be LOL!

There is no way, I would let this kid go for anything without putting his butt on the field! I just know myself, I would HAVE TO KNOW! if escalators are at play....then maybe it'll all play out with a lesser price tag! Hope so..

GO GET EM' BOYS!

Brian_Sch....

I agree with you my friend! You know, I don't mean to be a homer....and this certainly is going to sound like it.....

But....I was viewing some old Tebow clips. The ESPN specials, some old you tube stuff...etc....Man that kid has heart! I stopped watching and thought "how can he not do it?" I know it takes more...but man, give credit to someone that keeps getting up and coming for more!

Broncfalls, I could agree with you if they weren't doing it with the fans' money. When you ask people to pay for something, especially a substantial amount like NFL tickets, memorabilia, condiments, etc, for a whole season, they have a right to expect seeing something worth their money. If you can't or won't provide that product, why do you keep charging them all that money? Your other choice is explain where you really are, where you are really going, how you plan to get there and ask them to come along for the ride. If they agree and I suspect a lot of us would, you are home free. If they don't agree, listen to their complaints and explain your answer like an adult. You get paid a boat-load of the fans' money to answer their questions and dodging them or giving them childish, nonsense answers only makes it worse. The decisions they make are only necessary to explain when you ask for other people's money. Use your own money and do what you want, when you want. They aren't going to do that, thus the problem.
