Andrew, one of my favorite things you did earlier this summer was post photos from OTAs and now you're doing the same for training camp. Thanks for being the sight and sounds of training camp as we begin a new season!

With Moore, it looked to me at OTAs like he had a little hitch in his giddy-up, so to speak. He could get from Point A to Point B sometimes, but on the video piece I did on him, his gait seemed to be a bit labored when he got downfield. If he passes through waivers, he'll move to the injured-reserve list, and the fact that he spent so much time with the first team at OTAs showed that he did have some skills worth examining, so perhaps the future will be kinder to him.

As for Carlos Hall/Kenny Peterson, the matter seems straighforward. Hall "didn't want to play football," Shanahan said. "I had talked to Kenny and I told him we had to evaluate the players we wanted to be on our squad, but that if we lost anybody, I wanted to bring him back." With Hall not reporting, Peterson's second chance came quickly.

Mase,

Maybe you can find out exactly what happened with Moore. He had been practicing with the first team all off-season, and while his past knee issues are well documented it seemed he was at least healthy enough to be on the field. Did he re-injure himself?

What's the situation with Carlos Hall? Too much competition for him?

And Peterson, what it purely a money move? To release him then resign him?

Thanks, man! I hope to be there next week....
