Hey Ryan…

I am out here in the valley of the sun almost finished with my studies at your alma matter…ASU GO DEVILS! I knew coming in this year you would for sure be a competitor with the 1’s. I saw what you did in college and am happy that Coach Shanahan knows a great back when he sees one. From my favorite college team to my favorite pro squad. Im be waiting for you to blow it up in week 8 if not sooner. The second coming of TD is on the horizon BABY! No disrespect to the other backs, they are all studs and I have seen Pittman live and in person, thats an ol school G that still has Game..haha. And when your healthy enough to get back in the mix, WATCH OUT! No one is going to be able to stop the Denver running attack…shock and awe part 2.

I am wondering how the medical professionals who are handling your injury treat you. I mean, is it the same as the doctors you had in college, or is there more of a sense of urgency now that you are a Pro? Are you treated differently by the surgeons because of your status?

Ryan,
When u get back on the field, what are your goals? I understand obviously to be the starting RB, but any others? And do you guys as players ever hear if you are going to be put on IR (were hoping you won't) or do you guys find out basically when we do?

Ryan,
I broke my left arm playing football in the same manner as you did. I broke the ulna and dislocated the radius. It scared me, and I quit football despite colleges calling me asking me to rehab and come play. Get better, man, and go out there and claim that starting job. It's yours when you get better. Work on those legs and get them stronger. I can't wait to see you out there running for us.

ryan,

I have a lot more to ask you, but my wife is asleep next to me and I don't want to wake her up. Anyway, can you help me? I'm on a mission this year. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MILE HIGH SALUTE?!?! We need to get it back and not just the RB's, but the whole team. This salute, this gesture got the team to celebrate as a team. I mean, we need Brandon Marshall, Royal, Young, Hall, Yourself, Scheffler, Hillis, Elvis, I mean whoever scores or gets a sack needs to bring that back. Can you help me with this and bring it up to the Running Backs?

Paul from LA
