IRS Attacks 401k Part-time Employee Exclusions and Your Determination Letter is useless.....

The IRS issued the February 14, 2006 Quality Assurance Bulletin ("QAB") dealing with 401k plan exclusions of part-time, temporary, and seasonal (A.K.A. "part-time") employees. This QAB revolutionizes the way IRS document examiners will look at 401k...

I see some people are trashing Lynch saying he s done and so is are season. Lets dont get carry away . Lynch is and i say still is one of our main anchors of our defense. Look what he did last year, he s not doing to good this year becasue hes dealing with unjuries to him and his other team mates (Smith and Walker ) are done for the season and he has a new defensive coach bringing in a young approach. Lynch will learn the new system and he will take over where he left off from last season being our leader on defense and an awesome hard hitter. So lets dont point fingers lets stand behind our team. Bottom line we are building for next year. Dont worry the Broncos will be back and ruling the nest ,we just have a few fitting in pains we need and the team need s to adjust to. So lets stand behind our team and give them what they need most when they lose or win "Bronco Support" Go BRONCOS

let's hope to see some life out of the defense today, if Lynch is hurt he should get well, the guy has tons of heart we sure could use him out there but not at the risk of his health, The good news is LJ won't be playing for KC so maybe they won't run all over us. The really weird thing is if we win and SD loses we take the division lead, strange for having such a bad season. Cutler can get the job done, and honestly Henry has not done much for the team but Young seems to be stepping up. So for such a rough season we still have a good chance for a good showing this year, after all these are the BRONCOS so for those of you ready to throw in the towel, chill out we still got game and todays game is a great time to bring it on. GO BRONCOS

Why are you criticizing the Denver Broncos Mace?

Seriously this is not our year..

We lost 2 great players..

Had too much injuries.

Agreed Henry needs to get himself back into reality
Lynch has a lot of heart
Cutler does too!

The Team is under way too much stress because of their record..

THEY HAVE ENDURED TOO MUCH BAD THINGS THIS YEAR.. GIVE THEM A FREAKING BREAK!!!

I HAVE FAITH IN DENVER!

who's the guy who thinks Shanahan should read these posts? that's hilarious! sure, he needs advice from us. and I'll bet you think you're smarter than your manager at the 7-11 too...
cutler's a stud - he'll be good for years. his completion pct, qb rating and yds per attempt are better than half the league - and he's only played in 12 games!

Its funny LPP you criticize me but you just have no idea what you are talking about all the time. Seriously do some research you sound silly with the crap you say. Why the hell would you get rid of one of the BEST COACHES of all time? Honestly LPP go cheer on the Raiders or something you would fit right in. GET A CLUE IDIOT!

the fact of the matter is that we went from AFC CHAMPIONSHIP to No Playoffs to most likely no playoffs again...

YOU can't keep saying it's injuries, or things will get better, you have to MAKE CHANGES for them to get better and all the wrong ones have been made!

GET RID OF SHANNY!

Thank you WhiteHoss!!! You hit the nail squarely on the head regarding the loss to the Steelers. That was the beginning of the horrendous playcalling we've been seeing over the last season and a half, and I couldn't agree with you more that any mistakes the TEAM made that day were a result of the inability to handle the blitz, and the lack of the running game. I still maintain that we went away from mike anderson (speaking of players we miss) WAY too early that day.....But I digress.......
