The man loved football so much he retired! I totally agree with the concerns regarding our defense. I still believe our offense can get the job done. Stokely, B Marsh are coming into their own & special teams is getting better. Going back to the D. Someone here made the points of attack, attack, attack. I agree. Send them all! You can't stop the run, so you might as well stack the line. Make the wonder boys defend themselves. I have never seen such a trio of linebackers as we have at the present time. Webster, Gold, and Williams. I would be interested to know how many tackles they have between the three of them. If Bates can't see this then he don't belong in Denver. A place that has always boasted exceptional linebackers. I like Mike but maybe its time to move on. After all he is the main man when you talk to Pat Bowlen. Maybe they both should go. Maybe Invesco Field was a bad idea. Did we really need a new stadium to lose in!!!!!!!!!! Jay did not insist his leg was broken, he said on comcast that it was just being checked out by MRI.. and that hopefully he would be right back out there!.. obviously you haven't followed him since Vandy days.. that is one of the very few times I have seen him not get right back up even though he is getting his head knocked off out there..
