Lets not be fooled by this offensive performance either. They played a very, very sloppy game and have not been very impressive all year. Sure their are flashes of greatness, and I think in time they will be better. The offense is far to inconsistent at this point due to lack of continuity. Also the coaches, thats right, the coaches, have not used Cutler in the appropriate fashion. He is at his best outside of the pocket period. When standing in the pocket, from under center he has a lot of batted passes. The offensive line, even with injuries has played pretty well all year, however, Cutler is a on the move QB. He has better vision on the move, and his passes have more on them when he has time to stop, set-up, and fire the pigskin. When he is forced inside the pocket his passes seem to be that as some of you stated a “game managing QB” and he has trouble with the def. line because his vision is limited. The offense all year has shot itself in the foot. They have 2 out 8 drives that result in success and then forget how to play in the rest of the game. I was happy this week that they were able to close out a win w/o Elams leg. But this win is because the Defense played their hearts out and the KC Cheifs are not a good football team. If we can win two in a row in this fashion with the offense putting up more scoring drives and the defense becoming more stingy, then I’ll scream and shout. I’m just glad they won this week. This season has showed one thing to me, They never quit, haven’t layed down, even after getting humiliated by SD & Detroit. This team has heart and character, it’s just that the other powerhouses in the league really are that much better than our beloved Broncos. Here’s to whippin Tennesees but, GO BRONCOS!!!!!! “IT’S NEVER OVER”!!!!! Keep on pushin.

LPP – I seriously want you to respond to me if you can. Why? Why do you continue to push this plummer thing? I’ve read all of your posts, as well as everyone else’s. At first it was amusing. Now, it’s like borderline juvenile. I think you know football. You have in the past made some good points. But this plummer vs. Cutler thing….Come on Man! It’s one thing to back certain players, it’s another to live in the past. If you’re upset Shanny benched him fine, but don’t come down on a kid that has played very, very well. You have to give him that. Like I said, I know you know football. I also know you believe Cutler is a better player & fit for this team now. If I’m wrong you tell me. Cutler will surely have his share of bad games. KC was not a mileston for him..But if you can sit down and type to me that you believe Plummer is and will end up being a better QB than Cutler, I’ll assume you’re being honest and move on. If not, leave Cutler out of the equation. Doesn’t it strike you odd, that in all his greatness, Plummer retired? Didn’t want to play. Had the chance and said “no”..
