I think that we are forgetting a guy that was pretty good last year but wasn't here for most of this season, thats gerrard warren. That dude was big and physical when he was at 100%. Prediction: If we keep Gerrard and elvis, then gerrard will get the double team and elvis will get most of the sacks. we still need another D-Lineman to get the QB on the other side when elivis chases him

He will not have as good a year next year unless we pick up some quality players on the D-line. I'm tired of seeing opposing quarterbacks sitting the pocket all freakin day and picking our secondary apart. Elvis will have a great year if teams are forced to play him man to man because of multiple threats on the line. Otherwise he will be double teamed the entire season, since the Browncos can be held in check with one offensive lineman.

Whether he can go the whole game is a logical question. While he had his two most prolific sack-tally games against Oakland and Cleveland when he played 11 and 19 snaps, respectively, he had his most complete games against Pittsburgh and Cincinnati, the two Sundays in which he saw the most action (over 50 plays). Those were the only two games in which he notched at least one tackle, a sack and a forced fumble.

Everyone wants to talk about his size and what he should do, but lets look at what he did accomplish with his size to the rest of the experienced D-line. He notched 8.5 sacks in which that was the most for our team the next highest was E.Ekuban and he only had 7. Now that is not too bad for a rookie that didn't get a full season of playing time. How about the other guys and look at those numbers compared to the year before with out Elvis also. I think he is going to continue to produce untile he gets noticed and the other teams start to double team him, and then that will leave it open for someone else. The main question for him is can he go the whole game all season and be effective. Speed is helpful but will he be able to wear down the offensive lineman over the course of the game??? Keep his speed up and I think he should be able to with the company of play changes.

he cant put on much more size, the reason he's so fast is because he's small and quick. adding size would dampen that.
