I think it is a must to draft a player and get to using him. this sit him on the bench and let him absorbe it attitude will not work in the nfl. Every QB that has had this training time, has failed or become nothing more than a back up. Cutler is a great QB, But he is still in the molding and making. The recievers are great and will be great.
