So I looked it up and found that he said it in the Kamp Krusty episode, and the full quote is &quot;I haven&#039;t seen this kind of unfettered hurly-burly since the fall of Saigon.&quot;  And there you have it, my first ever post on this site, and now everyone knows I&#039;m a total dork.</description>
