You see, I'd believe you are around the players if you stated a claim as to why you are, like son of one of the players, son of one of the coachs, and so on. But you don't state how / why you are around them and number 83 states a simple fact that he has the same doctor as al wilson and that al went back to his home state because his injury needs time to recover and that hes upset with how the broncos handled the situation. That is completely legit to say to someone thats not giving out too much information and thats mostly all information we knew about him besides for the fact hes upset with the Broncos but I had heard ESPN say that awhile back when the whole trade fell through. As for the defense needing to learn the new scheme.. thats what I've said in about every post up to this point.. and the slower a defense learns the scheme the more it shows they are not caring enough to study and practice harder. But if you would please state how exactly you are around the players often then I would be more readily able to believe you. Otherwise it looks like your a kid just spewing out immature lies if you don't state a claim.

actually 1088 if you go back up and read the initial post you will se that number 83 attacked me. I never said anything to him unitl he commented about my comments and called me an idiot, please check your facts before giving an opinion. The point I was making about al wilson, was that he was saying al wilson doctor was giving him information concerning him, which as you know most practicing physicans wouldn't risk their license doing that. I said he can come to dove valley because everybody that post on this site is not a fan, there are actually some players who do post. I dont have a problem with anybody having their own opinion. My problem is when I wrote what I felt I was called an idiot.(please scroll up) Finally I can promise you Im around the players every day and they all want to win, so you saying that we dont care is not true, some players are just having a hard time learning the defense. Rest assured we will get this thing turned around. I'm not here to insult anybody I bleed orange and blue, and I have for my whole life.

I'm afraid that you may have to check your basic football knowlege, I've played football from 6th grade up to senior year in highschool and I'm currently getting into coaching while in college.
You can call a blitz a blitz scheme, yes. However, the defensive scheme the broncos are running is a unique type of 4-3 which is what Bates is known for implementing. By the sounds of what you said it made it seem like you thought the Broncos problem was their scheme and that they need to change it to a blitzing scheme.
Which if thats the case then that is not true. The Broncos need to learn their roles in their current scheme in order for Bates to be able to implement the blitz packages he would like to use. If we can't suceeding running the basic 4-3 without sending any blitz's on first and secnd down then we will get burnt even worse with sending blitz's. The players are still learning this current scheme and it can take awhile if they do not take it upon themselves to study their role harder and study their oppenents.

I don't mean to respond to everything you say, I agree we need to be able to send blitzes and wish we did. But the problem is that the players are not doing a good job without losing the extra defender to the blitz that they would more than likely get burnt even more with sending him.

I also thought that your post about you having the same agent as al wilson and such was very immature and did not see why you had to attack number 83 calling him an idiot and that he has stupid posts and that he should come have "heart to heart" with you at dove valley... whatever that meant. Your post seems full of attack and jibberish and I did not see why you couldn't keep your composure and right back a mature response. So that is why I said what I did to you about that post.

On a side note, I am not on the feild but I can watch sam adams smile as philip rivers gets away from him as if its not a big deal he jut let up a possible sack. You can also see the fumbling which is a major sign of not focusing by a player. Lastly you can see the players not using the proper form to tackle and not executing their position correctly like they should be which can only be a result of a lack of knowledge about the new scheme and a lack of practicing the fundamentals of tackling. Also if I was the coach and I was asked if my players showed quit out there, I would ALWAYS tell the media no, even if I saw they did, because that is between the coach and the players.

broncos1018 why do you always seem to respond to everything I say? You said that blitzing is not a scheme? You need to check your basic football knowledge. Have you ever played in football? Flag and pop warner don't count. If you listen to any coach on d they will tell you there are blitz schemes. The point I have been trying to make is if you cant get pressure with your front four you have to blitz, theres no way to win without gettting pressure on the quarterback

LPP,
You did it again. The only thing you respond with is points per game, with no mention of how many possessions, or how much time each offense had. 17 points in 30-40 minutes playing time is a lot worse than 19 points with 20 minutes playing time. There's a really easy way to determine that stat. Take your points per game, divided by average possession time per game. Then you get your real indicator.

Don't try to backpeddle your way out of the argument by claiming it's a "team" mistake, or you're only after Shannahan. Your whole point has been to prove benching plummer is the reason for the broncos current woes. Anyone with half a brain can see that the QB has nothing to do with how bad the defense is, and our losses are a result of poor defense.
Plummer did what he could do, and was decent for a few years, but he was done progressing. He was not good enough, and was not getting any better. He would have lost every game that Cutler has lost, and we would probably be 0-5 right now if he hadn't been benched. That is the core of the discussion.

Obviously no one is saying Cutler is perfect, but we are saying that he is at least as good as Plummer, and at least has the chance to get better. Regardless of how many subject changes, or emotional outbursts you continue to throw out, the fact is Plummer is gone and unless Cutler completely fails, there is no way for you to proove that plummer's release was a bad decision. Your entire mentality and point of reference is flawed. You cannot win this debate, and the only thing your accomplishing is to piss off real Broncos fans, and cause division where there should be unity in supporting our team.

You are full of negativity, whining, and backstabbing, and have nothing constructive to add. Why can't you just be content to follow your serpentine idol around and leave us alone?

mas, is there any way to block plummers crack from posting anymore?

and crack, you say youre a true broncos fan, then whats with all of the negative thoughts surrounding jay cutler, and whats with not supporting the coaches decisions? plummer had 3 legit years to prove he was the man, and after too many left handed int's and too many duck picks, it was time for plummer to go, dont get me wrong, i was a fan of jake's, but u cannot surely think that he is better for the team than jay cutler is..btw, your website blows..i checked it out and no one responds to the posts, the polls, the stories, or much of anything..u should consider another dirrection online...just a suggestion..

From watching the games this weekend, I am confident the broncos will turn the season around. Besides new england who's organization just seems to be a step ahead of everybody else, we can compete as long as the players are put in the right situations to win. No more zone plays on third and long, no more allowing the opponent to start at the 40 yard line, and if we could involve the tight ends more we will be fine. I know stopping the run is key but if you dont score you dont win. We have three games we should win before heading into arrowhead, so lets be positive and watch our broncos perform like they should.
