I must say Ryan, I think just by reading your blog(catching up), you have just become one of my favorite players in league, in all of pro sports. You seem to a very astute and good person. That's pretty cool especially in today's world. Not many good guys out there. I truly hope that your dreams of the NFL continue. I'm a fan, I wanted to enjoy the game (NFL-TV which I don't have) but I followed based on the hype. No doubt you have the talent and with your attitude, I see soup commercials coming your way very soon. Keep you head up!

Keep 'em coming Ryan. It is always good to hear updates on you.

We need to find a way to get our guys more flexible I think. I study Kung-Fu and we work on flexibility as a preventative measure to avoid injury. Nothing can prevent those knee injuries, but hamstrings and groins are fully preventable in the opinion of an art that has proven it for hundreds of years. Again, your injuries were both to joints being tweaked and there isn't much that flexibility can do for those. But Peyton's injury would not have hurt someone who can rest with their whole upper body against their extended legs. I hope the conditioning folks consider this. If they want, I have been working on a flex training regimen for football. Okay, enough of that. I am just trying to help the team I have loved my whole life. Go Broncos!

I think Ryan Torain is more faster and quicker then Peyton Hillis we just could not see his potentials because he got hurt so early in the season. Peyton Hillis is a good reciever fullback. I hope that Ryan Torain has a healthy and successful season next year.

Hey Train,

Man, it's just crazy with all these freak injuries to you running backs. Like you said, it almost does look like a curse!

It's interesting to hear your perspective on your coach. Sounds like he's doing a really good job at getting, what seems like, a new RB the confidence they need to start every week. It's pretty amazing when you look at that IR list, then you see the production of all these different backs, and you just have to scratch your head. It's great to see how a team can plow through this adversity the way you guys are.

There have been some ups and downs this year, but there's one thing I get out of all this... it's that you guys are playing as a team.

Keep up the rehab, Ryan! GO BRONCOS!!

I don't know what the deal is with all the RBs going down. But the continued success definitely speaks to Coach Turner and to the offensive line. Without them and their great blocking all year...the entire offense would look foolish. They are hugely underrated.

You need to get to Christmas shopping. There are only 13 more days, including today. :)

Hey Ryan,

Thanks for the update cutie. I look forward to your blogs every Friday (by the time I get to read them) to see how you are doing.

Hillis bein out sucks but you know I was at that game and when I saw that play happen it looked so much worse than what it actually turned out to be. I mean it still sucks but we will be alright...I think we have proven that we arent scared of an injury....I would prefer to have you guys back on the field but thats just god's way of makin us stronger.

haha you arent the only one on that hasnt started Christmas shopping. I only got th people in Cali done...I still have to get everybody here done.

Well I hope you have a good week!!

BEAR DOWN ARIZONA! BEAR DOWN RED AND BLUE! Sorry Ryan, I just couldn't resist. In any case, it's nice to see that you're still in the swing of things and I fully expect Boyd to excel as he gets several carries against the Panthers. With any semblance of a running game, Jay will tear the Panthers apart.
