Keela,

Our son Matt is in the Navy stationed in Japan aboard the USS Juneau and he was real pleased to meet your group recently. You all are doing a great service for the men and women of our armed services. It's hard for them to be so far away from home and your efforts go a long way to get them away from the daily grind.

Matt sent us a picture of the five of you along with five of his friends in the control room of the ship. If you would like a copy (can't send it in this reply tool), send me an address to email it to.

Thanks so much,

Ron

Keela,

I can't tell you how much it is appreciated that you take the time to recognize the men and women of our military. Having lived on Yokota AB, Japan for 3 years while I was active duty, I can tell you that it is something special when you not only get a taste of home, but also are visited by people who are interested AND understanding about the sacrifices you make.

It is wonderful that you are seeing first hand how our service members live and stand in honor of our country. The pilot who said "till the day I die"....speaks very clearly for those of us who feel the sense of duty that leads us to defend and support the fantastic nation that we live in.

Please be safe, have fun and continue to let us know how your trip is going......I'm sure you are bringing light to that part of the world as much as you do to our great city of Denver.
