Happy Thanksgiving, everybody.
I am getting pretty excited, I can’t lie. My mom flew in today and she’s at the store right now. It’s going to be a little different this time around, we usually eat pretty early, but since she just flew in we’re going to have a little bit later of a meal.
Either way, my mouth’s watering thinking about it. We’re going to have everything. Turkey, ham, stuffing, macaroni and cheese, greens — just the whole nine. It’s definitely going to be a good meal.
The late start is making me hungry, but it’s all good. The turkey’s thawed, so we’re going to get that going soon.
Just to update all of you, rehab’s going well. I’m just kind of getting a little rhythm with the basic, whatever you want to call it. The basic rehab routine I guess you could say. It’s just basic treatment — leg lifts, icing, just not that much going on, but just enough to keep my leg strong and help me get healthy.
I guess I’d have to say I’m thankful for a lot of things today.
First and foremost, just being able to celebrate with my family. Living another year, another Thanksgiving — I’m thankful for where I am today.
Happy Holidays and enjoy the food.

Happy Thanksgiving Mr. Torain. Can’t wait til next football season when you are healthy!!!!!! Get that leg nice and healthy.
Hope you get a belly full of everything you like to eat. Enjoy the holiday and your family.
Happy Thanksgiving Ryan! Hope everything is going well with rehab. I know it must be terribly frustrating to be injured again but I think you have handeled it good. I have no doubt that you will be amazing next year so I’m looking forward to that. God Bless!
Happy Turkey Day Ryan and to all of Broncos Country. Glad someone around here will get to have a home-cooked meal… enjoy it and don’t take it for granted.
Can’t wait to have you back next season. I can hardly contain myself. You’re welcome back game is already long overdue. Get healthy soon and stay positive.
God Bless all of you on this Thanksgiving.
GO BRONCOS!!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving day RYAN get good and healthy take care of yourself .Cant wait to see u next year
GO BRONCOS!!!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving Torian Train! After seeing what Troy Polomlu did this off-season to prevent him from injuries and make his muscles faster I think it would be hands down the right move for you this off-season! If you haven’t got a chance to check it out pls do. God blessed you with some much and the 1 game you played you really did amazing! Im a huge fan man. I honestly think you, Barrett, Royal, Marshall and Clady should go to California and do the treatment that Polomlu did and it would make a very significant difference. Just an idea. Once again thank you for your time and god bless u and ur family!
I have a couple other ideas I would like to run by you.
1) 59 to 29 Woodyard has the skills to make the move to Strong Safety even if it is just temporary for this season (It is about getting the best 11 on the field…right?)
2) Have Shanahan take back control of the play calling. Bates has done great but Mike is the best play caller in the biz.
3) When Washington is on the field we need to match speed with speed. Barrett should be on the field when the opposing team has there speed back on the field. ( If Barrett was on the field on the goaline when the Radiers put in MccFaden he has the speed the play that play)
4) This might be the most important. When something bad happens Cutler/Marshall get there heads out of the game with frustration. That is like a virus that spreads through the whole team. We have a great team! Pls try to help Jay and Brandon stay having fun and stay postive.
Thanks god bless!
Hey ATV, Have a great Thanksgiving and we all look forward to you plowing over defenses next year!
Sorry this is late but I hope your Thanksgiving was happy. My aunt’s banana cream pie was as good as I thought it would be! P.S. that training regiment previously spoken of tha Polamalu does appears to be a good idea.
HEY TORAIN..almost same name, only mine is Tor..
Great to hear your enjoying the thanksgiving dinner with your mom. Nothing better.
QUESTION:
I am from Norway..(far north, Scaninavia, if you didnt know). I fly to the US once a year to see my belowed Broncos play.
This year its the Bills game, and well the question is this.. Do you guys have a place were you can go, get in line, and get your Jerseys signed? I always wanted a signed Jersey, but I have NO IDEA were to go and get it done. And E-bay, well you gotta be Bill Gates rich to buy it there, so adding the cost of flight and ticket, to buy a signed Jersey, the economic crysis will hit me with a kick like Graham on a sunday!
Secound Question: When will you be back on the field. Since i saw you got signed, I have bin hoping too see you play, Any chance you will be back this season?
Any ways. Good luck with the Jets game. hope you get em, and wach out for the run game. (Washington).
You guys can do it..
Get well….
Peace
yeah get healed maybe then you can prove how good you are because we have yet to see it
hey Tor after the game some players sign on their way to their cars. Im from el paso, making my 2nd trip this year.i too will be at the bills game. good luck autograph hunting.
