I am very sad about denver broncos, has been demonstrated
Many of the injuries that players have this season is the result of the stubbornness of Mike Shanahan. Pat Bowlen please brings another head coach, his system is in prehistory

Well put OB22. However I have something to add for our fiend...oops I mean friend (cough cough) LPP. Do you remember that image of Plummer sitting on the bench & getting hassled by his own fans (some that still post on this blog the same messages about their "beloved team") only to raise his hand in frustration and give them the bird? Well that's the point I am at with you now. I'm beginning to think that the dissing of your own "favorite" team is just another faded attempt at getting some idiot to come to your website. Personally, I'd be afraid to go there because I'll get some kind of spyware on my computer from it. Then I'll start recieving unwanted emails with the same kind of crap that comes out of your mouth. Give it up, PLEASE!
Oh and Andrew as far as you charging LPP $66 to post, good idea.
I'll go one better; I'd pay $66 dollars just to have a sock shoved in his mouth. Preferrably a used Jake Plummer one. Oh wait, he'd probably like that too much!

Memo to Let Plummer Play,

Dre Bly got burned because he was playing single coverage on the outside with no safety help on a play where no one got near Favre (something that happened all night) to pressure his throw. Give a Hall-of-Famer like Favre a free look like that and there's now way that game was on Dre. With all that, the team was still very close to winning the game outright with an offense that did not have one starter in the same position from this time last year (three 2nd year players and one rookie among them). I don't think that's all bad--getting these youngsters experience like this might be the best thing for the Broncos long-term.

In the meantime, why don't you go to some of Jake's handball tournaments? I hear he's an excellent player.

We almost won last week and we have a shot this week. Yeah injuries do set the team back but the bright spot is lots of guys are seeing action that would not have. When the team finally does get healthy we should be deeper with experience than we would have been otherwise. We still have the makings of a winning program in spite of the set backs. Soon we will have a break out game. Go Broncos!

LetPlummerPlay sorry to inform you but there were several injuries key last year. I won't use the excuse that injuries stopped us from making the playoffs because this is the NFL and everyone should come ready to play every week. Our defense was decimated Wilson, Ferguson & Brandon to name a few. Losing Lepsis really hurt on the offensive line. Tatum Bell was in and out of the lineup all year with foot problems. I definitely think all the injuries from last year hurt us but we still had a chance to make the playoffs and lost to San Fran. This year the injuries are hurting us but our inability to score in the redzone is our biggest problem this year. We are doing better against the run (118yds or so for Pittsburgh, only 110yds or so for Green Bay). Our pass defense is good. Special teams is playing better. If we score TD's in the redzone we beat Jacksonville, Green Bay and at least make it a game against the Colts. Dre got burned and so did Champ but that is football and stuff like that happens but I will tell you this. You will win some against them but you will probably get burned more often than not. Champ had several near picks against Brett (but the balls were tipped at the line of scrimmage).

Every team in this league have injuries , it's just a matter of overcoming it . The fact is our schedule is not easy ,Detroit is 5-2 and going in an opposite direction from last year , same with GBay angd Pittsburg . From the 7 teams we faced , only two won't be playoffs candidate at the end of the year ( Bills and Raiders ) . Our team's not so bad and i'm confident in the future .

BB - What did you just say? I couldn't understand a word you wrote.

I think you meant to say something along the lines of "The Broncos are still one of the BEST teams in the NFL, and much of it has to do with Coach Shanahan." Yeah, that must have been it.

If that's *not* what you were trying to say, let me say it for you: The Broncos are still one of the BEST teams (I believe THE best!) in the NFL, and much of it has to do with Coach Shanahan!

That's what REAL Bronco fans believe. Faux-fans can go somewhere else to post, IMO.
