I am a diehard Bronco fan. Now you can say what you want about Orton or Tebow or Quinn....My statement is this: I had faith in Kyle Orton for the first 2 games and now it has gone thru 4. I can't be so presumtuous as to think Orton could have pulled us through against Green Bay. BUT: Of the 4 games, he's had an interception or more in every one or a fumble. Of the 4 games, 3 were in the 4th quarter when we could have won. I don't know about you, but as far as I'm concerned, why not give Brady Quinn or Tim Tebow a chance? They certainly can't do any worse than Kyle is doing? All I'm saying is if they lose, at least they are gaining experience to take over the mantle of leader. If they win - bonus! I think the Kyle Orton era has played out. He was on again off again in Chicago and is on again and off again now! Mostly off. I like him as a person and feel bad for him, but it all comes down to the bottom line. Who do you trust to lead your offense? He has more in common with Tony Romo than he does with a Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, or I hate to say it, Philip Rivers. We need a field general like Drew Brees. I know Tim Tebow could have that passion. However, I think Brady Quinn deserves a chance to prove himself or prove he's not all he cracked up to be in Notre Dame. That poor guy has not been given the chance. In Cleveland he had an o-line that was sorry as hell. Here in Denver, he got the shaft after being traded and then they pick Tebow #1 in the draft. Give Quinn one chance to step up or sit down and then if he succeeds, it's all good, if not, then use your #1 draft choice and have patience with him the way we did with my hero, John Elway!

I find close games more painful to lose, than games that are won decisively. When a team begins to impose their will, and begins to beat you in all phases, there is a self-defense mechanism which kicks in and shuts down your emotions. You begin to feel numb, which doesn't really happen in close games, where your psychological mechanisms remain open. I expected a game in Green Bay, where neither team showed mercy to the other, until, perhaps, the final score was beyond the reach of the clock, and that was, in fact, the case. I have been away from football a long while, and I was very interested in watching this game. I mentioned in another post, that this was the first time as a Bronco fan that I didn't have a sense of foreboding or dread facing this game at Lambeau field in Green Bay. That means that I was confident that the Broncos would play with those qualities I most admire -- heart and intelligence. Although I only witnessed parts of the game through (poorly) streaming video, the outcome, while painful and humiliating, wasn't devastating to me emotionally, as might have been the case in previous years. Hopefully, that points to maturation in my character, and a more realistic outlook, in terms of football. I suspect that the Broncos as a team reflect this attitude in themselves as well, and after a good night's sleep, find the negative effects of this contest are largely washed away, and make their preparations for another big contest -- against the Chargers. Best wishes, Broncos!

If we see Tebow this week I'm sure Fox is trying to set him up to fail, & try to shut us up about Tebow. Wright now I don't trust Fox. I don't like his game plan of run, run, run & run when don't have a running game. If Tebow was at QB we should pass to set up the run.

sorry boys and girls we don't have a tebow problem we have a coaching problem. fox is an average coach who will not change his style which has proven to be unsuccessful. broncos will be average at best and a non playoff time till we get a coach that will bring the fire to win attitude. my fear is this team will slip into a 2000 decade raiders team. hope iam wrong.
