I am telling you ... all the way from Texas ... Ramsey should have the ball. Go back to the pre season games. He looked more confident than Cutler. Let him play. One more game and you got a quarterback. Shanny... turn the season to a positive. Win some games. Keep doing what you're doing and you will keep getting what you're getting. Time to dismount. It would be good to get a little blocking also.

Andrew please tell us now...Did Jay get a haircut? From the picture posted here it certainly looks like he did!

I would say since news is so slow coming this season, that would be BIG NEWS!

"Pumpkin Pie cuts his hair!"

It's a headline!

Cutler is a warrior a down right tough guy and that was evident last season when he got drilled in the game vs. the 49ers, he missed some reps but was right back out there leading the Broncos in what was almost a dramatic victory! I hope he plays I really do and I believe in the severity that if that leg does get so much as a hand laid on it that it may not be very good, remember KC has a great pass rush and Jared Allen is a beast and right now the KC defense are like a bunch of sharks in bloody water, they can smell and sense Cutlers damaged leg and given the oppurtunity I wouldn't put it by any of there players to try and take a shot at his leg........Brister filled in well for Elway for a span and I believe that Ramsey would do the same......Ramsey didn't look all that bad vs. the Lions we just had too many guys dropping balls and the pass protection was weak when he dropped back to pass.......So Shanny what's the call????

I think that if Jay wants to play, and he's feeling better, he'll start over P Ramsey, but on the flip side, the leg could cause problems if he tries to avoid having a more serious injury. another thing they might do is start Ramsey, and if he has trouble, then resort to jay, or the opposite of that.

Jay, just make sure you don't try and come back too early. It can turn out to be a lot worse than just a bruise. As a fan, I would much rather see Cutler miss one or even two more games than be out for the season and possibly even 08 training camp as well.

I have personal experience with deep bruises. As a goalie for my soccer team, I had a deep bruise and played a game where I hit the bruise on a diving save and it got a lot worse. I had a huge calcium deposit in my leg and couldn't play for six months.
