Last Sunday was good. We believed and guys just made a commitment. We know that we can make things happen, but it’s going out there and showing it with our actions. I’m proud of our team and I want this to continue. I don’t want us to be a one-hit wonder.
I’m glad we got the win. That’s behind us so we’re just trying to keep that building and keep going forward.
How do we keep it going? Just always remember how that felt and before you suit up, just always thinking that I want to feel that same way again, week-in and week-out. I’m proud of this team, how we overcame some things. We finished strong and won the game. All those things play hand-in-hand and I’m just happy for our team, our organization and also happy for Mr. Bowlen to give him that 400th win.
As for me, personally, the way I take it is that even though I didn’t start, it’s different for me because I was proud of Quinton Carter getting his shot. I never let it come between me and him, because we are boys and we’ve been competing against each other since college. If I’m not out there, I would like for somebody like him to be out there.
All I do is just believe in him and when my time comes, take full advantage of it. He played good last week. There are no hard feelings and it is what it is. I’m proud of him and when it’s all said and done, one day me and him are going to be playing with each other together. It’s still a learning process for me and all I can do is keep having faith. When it’s all said and done, it’s all about winning.
Of course I will use it as motivation to continue to get better, because it is competition. The kid has got skills. He has skills and like I’ve said, I’ve been competing with him since I’ve been in college so it’s kind of like that little competitive thing between me and him. But, we still have love for each other. Quinton is a baller and that’s one of my closest boys on the team.

Good article Rahim. You are very correct. The team played well last week in the last 5 minutes. Played displayng a lot of heart. I know that the team would pull this win out. If the team goes out there this weekend and plays with the same heart they did in the last 5 minutes of last weeks game, the Lions will go home with their tail tucked. Good luck to all of you.
GO BRONCOS!!!!
Just keep on believing dream. Keep on believing. Believing can fuel you enough to get you out of some sticky situations.
Its a young team and some of yall are playing together for the first time. The team is constantly experimenting. And while alot has been made about Tebow and the comeback we know it was a team effort and we know it was u guys on D that kept us only 15 points down and your great play that gave the turnover that helped us win it all.
As far as the Quinton Carter thing, you a class act man. I love what I know about Quinton on the field and off it. You are both rookies and this starting opportunity will just help you both for our future. I see you guys starting together soon enough … with a ball hawk like u at FS and a “Hit-stick” machine at SS.
Good luck this Sunday. Alot has been made of the Lions … but I have predicted thier last 2 losses and want us to keep them losing all the way into the bye week. Got alot of respect for them but this is our house. Once upon a time that used to mean something … Its time it did again.
Later days, TRB
Rahim the dream! A true class act, i’m glad you got your boys back even though it’s an ongoing competition, that’s trill. I also feel that both of you will be playing together on this team and am glad that you understand both of you need to get NFL reps to grasp some of the things that will be coming yall’s way. Play united and everything else will fall into place.

As far as this game goes pertaining to our little competition I have never been so indecisive. I can’t quite guage what Broncos offense will show up as KKod posted. With McGahee out as well… it makes it much more difficult… I can’t call it… I’ll probably just wait until just before the deadline. I’ve had the taste of success and want more lol. At least I got my gloating out as well as having the bye as to give me the false sence of an elongated stand on the second place podium lol

Damn I should’ve refreshed my page I basically said exactly what TRB did lol… that’s why I really just have been reading lately… everything I have to say already gets posted before I can put something up.

Broncos 13
Lions 9
2-6,keep up the hard work bro,you and Carter our the Broncos Safeties of the future, both you guys will be good if not great NFL players, just buckle up your chin strap and play lights out!!!!!!!!!!!!!
T.G.I.F.
BFE
One defensive TD and two field goals setup by good returns. Nothing else because we have a halfback as a quarterback.
Keep working hard Rahim……….
The harder you work, the better our team will be!!
Wow Curt……..is it no repsect for the Lions O, or undying faith in our D?
Holding the Lions to 9 is a pretty bold prediction.
We wont get run on and if we avoid the big play, we can hold them down.
Curt – as long as you predict a Bronco victory – I hope you are correct and I hope that Bay can complement you with max points.
Well I predicted Tebow would throw 2 TDs and run for another TD last week, and he threw the 2 TDs and ran in a 2 point conversion!!!!
I am not surprized that analysts around the country are picking Detroit but I agree with Mike O’hara. He says this Orange Sunday is the hardest game to call of them all. O’hara picked Denver 14-13 and me too. Stafford will play but he will get even more banged up than last week.
Way to go 2-6. You`ve got a great attitude. To be selfless is a rare thing. Your day is coming when it`ll all come together for you. Keep the faith, for all things work for the good for those who love Him. And go get that PICK 6!
Toast to the Lions: May you have much noise and confusion for every offensive snap.
I gotta think about a World Series or something productive like making money or I’m gonna be nuts before the game gets here. It’s no wonder Bay goes fishing. Maybe with Orton under center and DEN having no chance was better for my sanity.
Hang in there DaddyBronco. I know it`s aggrivating, but we`re all in this together. This game will be a good measuring read to get a gaga on Tim Tebow. I hope he puts together a good sound game for all 4 quarters. That`ll shut up some critics.
ooops. to get a GAGE on Tebow. LMAO! Gaga sounds like a man- crush thing. YUCK! LMAO again!
I think instead of hoping Tebow does well we should hope that McCoy and FOX sack up and call better plays. Wouldn’t a no-huddle against that great Detroit D-line make sense? Could you imagine those guys sucking wind at mile high chasing Tebow around?
This is just a dream because we all know FOX is too much of a chicken to do anything that daring. The was content enough to go for a 52 yard field goal in OT on the road with a kicker that had already missed 2 for the day. If he is that stupid, he will definitely go with his great system. All that has gotten him is a losing season every other year that he has been a coach. Great system coach!!! Not even good enough to post 2 back to back 9-7 seasons. You are lame and you are proving that to me more every week. The only thing that can save your job now is TEBOW. You better at least help him out, oh wait you went ahead an traded his best receiver for a cup of coffee. You do that but then you don’t have enough guts to cut Orton. Pathetic
Stopped reafing once i saw you were going to blame the play calling. Weak.
Hey Rahim, in a very short time, I believe, Champ will retire and you and Quinton will be the dynamic duo. You are a class act by supporting your bro. I wish you all the best! Keep your head up and keep the drive alive!
2-6, with that type of positive thinking, you’re destined for success. In any walk of life!
