One interesting note from Friday of last week. Henry was granted a stay until the end of the month. I can say with a fair amount of confidence that I don’t think we’re even close to having the full story on this issue. For this to not have been a grand slam for the League Office means that Henry’s argument must have some bite. It wouldn’t surprise me if the whole thing gets thrown out. You have greater resources and can probably recall with more certainty when the last time was, that any type of suspension, let alone a drug related charge, was dragged out for this amount of time.
