Hey Ryan,

Just want to wish you the best with the rehab and getting back into the practice routine.

Hope to see you back on the field real soon - we need to get that ground game going again to take some of the pressure off of Jay and the receivers.

I know we have the bye week this week - any chance we get to see you the following week against Miami? Or the following week against Cleveland?

Everybody gotta "Get on Board"...The Torain Train's back on it's tracks.

Questions for RT;

You have said you're aerobically in shape, but how long do you think you'll need before your ready to strap in on and start taking the rock?

How's Alridge doing? Nobody ever mentions him anymore. I'd love to see what he could bring in both the return game, and as a "factor back", much like Reggie Bush in New Orleans.

Hey Ryan,
I got to meet you this past Tuesday Oct. 7 at the blood drive, and I was so impressed with the way you handle yourself and the positive attitude you displayed. You took time out and took a picture with me when you didn't have to and I appreciate that so much. I know that with your positive attitude you are going to be back stronger than ever and I personally can't WAIT to see what you can do on the field. Thanks for the pic, you're awesome! Good luck and God bless.

What up!

Can't wait to see you in action! Did you get a chance to get the film from 96-98 of the Broncos? When you condition do you run with weights dragging behind you yet? The steps in Santa Monica are famous from all kinds of athletes in particular Curtis Martin and he had one of the longest careers as a every down RB. Have you found your Steps or Mountain you climb? I ran the Santa Monica steps and man I can see why he was so strong in the 4th quarter! Good Luck with everything! I do clubs out here in LA and got the pleasure of hosting AL Wilson (Former Broncos LB) and he said something I thought I would share with you. He asked me if I drive aggressive? I was like matter of fact I do and don't use my blinkers unless there is a cop around. He then asked me if I have ever been the driver in an accident? I haven't so I said no. He said that is the way it is in football. People worried about getting hurt hesitate and get hurt...people who focus on punishing the person you go against don't usually have the big injuries cause they are focused and don't hesitate. I’m not explaining it as well as he did but the moral to the story is do the punishing and you will most likely be the one jumping back up on your feet. God Bless!

I have to take some credit for the mile high salute returning.... I've been telling the players to bring it back, and i know it raised discussion because no one was talking about it.

Ryan,

 Is Shanahan really going to do the first 4 RB Platoon in the NFL? Because you know Pittman and Young are getting their carries, but you and Andre hall will get chances but fewer. Do you think that he gives all four of you equal time? The whole world is curious to see how you do when you chance comes. BE READY...
