We win.. we are in.4th quarter…Cutler comes out with injury.(we still have a chance to win) Plummer comes in and what does he do?……………….First play to prove everyone wrong…… he throws a INTERCEPTION………..again!

I dunno, we have talent all over da field but i think were using it wrong. hrdnokd said it best, our play calling, especially in da red zone is pathetic at best. And there was this genius, i forget his name, after da colts debacle who informed us how we were playing against manning all wrong. we have the highest paid corner tandem in da league and we play 7-8 yards off da rcvrs letting people pick us apart. Look at da Pats, their not as athletic as we are but they always seem to be in da right positions… I dont think its our personnel, its da so called geniuses at da controls…

With our D-Line leaking runners, like the proverbial dutchboy with his finger trying to plug holes in the dike, how can we let Peterson go? Does this make sense to anyone? Is he Lawrence Taylor? NO! Is the Derrick Thomas? NO! But is he at least as good as what we got???? Hmmmm….I think YES! At this point, hasn’t our fascination with drug/steriod users become more of a norm than the exception. I say, let him suit up! Let him play! What do we have to lose at this point????

Oh, by the way, MISS T@ earthlink….please just SHUT UP! You sound like a politician stumping for votes for re-election. You may read what you write and think yourself to be “well informed”. Here’s what I want to see during the bye week: a player’s only meeting called by the players and for the players. The problem is not the schemes. It’s not the play calling. It’s not the talent. It’s the attitude. It seems to me that the team, both sides of the ball but certainly more evident on defense, is playing in a confused state of mind. That translates to less than 100% effort because you aren’t really sure what you are supposed to do. You lack focus. We don’t have any true emotional leaders left on this team. I haven’t seen a single player screaming at his teammates on the sidelines over a missed assignment/tackle/fumble/etc.

Someone has to stand up and say enough. Someone has to say that this level of play is not only unsatisfactory, but that it won’t be tolerated. I’ll take a 100% effort from Foxworth over a 50% effort from Bly. Us fans will know if the players have decided to butt heads over this by hearing about a players only meeting. Without that, everything else is just more icing on a #$@% cake.
